Good location .

The room is big. Clean and came with a window with some view.

The restaurant is slightly slow, we have to rush through breakfast as we were rushing for appointments.

The space of the room is relatively big in Taipei

Very convenient location. Decent size room. Very functional.

We killed one big cockroach the first day. We didn’t see any more during the remaining stay.

Clean functional hotel. I’ve tried a few now and feel this is good value. fridge is silent. air con noise is reasonable. curtain is black out. rear side is quiet / front has street noise as expected.

Top floor rooms are noisy and I had some vibrations coming through and asked to be moved (assume ventilation on roof). One really annoying thing for me is the many super bright blue LEDs on the light switches - I like a dark room. Every night is a procedure of “darkening the room” - if you like a dark room bring some tape to cover the many little lights (Fire Alarm flashing led, tv led, 6x light switch super bright blue led, bright orange glow from air con controller).

This was my second time staying there. The location was great with convenient buses around. I was able to take a bus to Jiufen directly. The room was clean with decent size and comfy beds. It was reasonably priced and nice. The staff was always very polite.

Few nice places to go out to eat. I really liked Rock Pizza Place nearby, chicken Place in front of Hotel offered excellent Chicken to go. Staff extremely helpful and always tried to assist. Adjusted my booking a bit due to my request. Good access to bus stops to move around the city

Breakfast suboptimal, would not be much of enjoy for westerners. However, with all the heat outside not much desire for breakfast anyway. Long walk from mrt stations, both of them

I did not arrive until next morning but they kept my room ready for me (they had not been paid yet - it was payment on arrival). Wifi was excellent.

No complaints.

Large affordable room with a high standard of cleanliness. It’s well located in the center of Taipei and well serviced with many bus lines outside the hotel and two MRT lines within 10 min walk.

Wall plug in room did not work !

Room and bathroom were clean. Check-in process was also extremely efficient and the receptionists were super friendly. Location is alright, it does take some time to walk to places like Raohe night market and Zhonglun market, but there are plenty of taxis available that will cost you ~150NTD per trip to get to other places. Free coffee machine at the lobby too!

Room seemed a bit old and there was mold growing all over the main door, but I guess this is just due to the fact that the hotel has been around for quite some time. The pillows were also too soft and became completely flat after sleeping on them, but the receptionist was very accommodating and gave all guests an extra pillow.

Staff were friendly. Each day was a small buffet breakfast with congee, steamed buns, toast, salad coffee etc and they would also bring a small hot meal with eggs/ham etc. Quad room was big with 4 single beds

The view out the back of the hotel room was straight into someones appartment. There is only 1 small lift. The hotel is ok but a bit tired. There aren't lots of local good food spots.

The two guys at check in counter were very friendly and helpful. Clean toilet with automatic bidet. Nice simple breakfast.
