The hotel has a fabulous gym and swimming pool area. It also has a free washing machine and dryer service - Western hotels need to do this! It is very close (walking distance) to the Renhu metro station and a big shopping mall and food district.

The whole hotel was set to heating - we had to turn off the air conditioning in our room. When we arrived we did raise that with the reception staff - the woman working on the 29th of December was the most reticent and unwelcoming person we had experienced so far in China. She said open the window if you are hot. Given that we were on a main road which is extremely noisy and dusty, we could not do that all night. We also wore ear plugs as the construction trucks were so loud. The area that the hotel is in is VERY rundown looking - it looks like Bali - broken pavement, scooters everywhere blocking the pavement, railings getting in the way of carrying luggage. The food in the breakfast was cold half the time. I trust the reviews for this hotel more on trip.com than booking.com. It is definitely not an 8.8 for excellence, I would NOT stay here again.

Reception was prompt and courteous。Hotel was located adjacent to a major shopping area with many restaurants. The subway system to the airport is five minutes walking distance. But the hotel offers free shuttle to the airport and the driver was exceptionally courteous.

The location is not a major tourist area so it is not a very attractive area. But staying there was more than satisfying。

Stayed here for overnight transit. The shuttle from airport and back was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, lovely rainfall shower. Staff very kind and helpful, they communicated with a voice translation app

The only tricky thing is that we chat is required to book shuttle. An existing member of we chat needs to allow a new member to sign up. I asked a Chinese person in the queue at my departure airport to sign me up

This place is close to Baiyun Airport . The facility offers shuttle to and from airport free with 4 hours notice. Close to Metro station (5 minutes or so walking). Nearby, there is a shopping mall and a giant supermarket. You can get anything there. And if you miss any American food, there are McDonald, KFC and Pizza Hut. And you won't be disappointed with all those Chinese food places. The room we got was very comfortable. We extended our stay by four more days with this facility.

We didn't use the restaurant facilities. No comment for their food. But we did take a look at the items in the buffet, the selections seem limited. But it could be the time we were there.
