Could benefit from a deep clean. Mould on the shower floor and a lot of cobwebs

The house itself is very cozy, nice, and has great amenities. The location is perfect, walking distance to literally everything including the central station (about 15 minute walk). Johan, the manager, was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful!

Steep Stairs

The house was very well equipped, spacious and comfortably furnished. The location is fabulous, you really are a short walk from everything Lund has to offer. A lovely base to go out and explore, but comfortable and cosy enough that we were happy to stay in and cook and relax watching a film on the lovely tv.

On a whole we were very happy with the townhouse, but we did find an issue that other guests had flagged. The bathroom tiling does have a large amount of black mold, which was out of place with the general high standard of cleanliness of the rest of the house. The shower curtain also could do with cleaning at the bottom. It feels like an easy fix with a bit of bleach so I was surprised to see that it appears to be a reccuring issue. But this was really the only fault, on a whole very clean and a lovely place to stay.

It was nice to have the washing machine and dryer and the kitchen was well equipped. Great with two bedrooms. Johan the host seems like a nice guy, but the bathroom needs to be fixed.

The bathroom was black with mold! The place was not cleaned properly, there was dust and hair on the floors and spiderwebs.. It really was a disappointment. The place was quite humid and windows could not be kept open at night time on the ground floor since anyone could brake in. Also it was super loud because of the traffic and drunkards walking by at night. The stairs were supersteep so were a bit difficult to manage.

Having lived in and around Lund for 2 years as a student, I always wanted to stay at a traditional small „Lund house“ nearby the historic city center. When I saw „Townhouse Lund“ at Booking.com I didn‘t hesitate and made a reservation. And what can I say - it was a truly wonderful experience! All the parks and beautiful places that Lund has to offer are within walking distance, the Townhouse is fully equipped and Johan was a wonderful host. Communication with him was really easy and the fact that he could even offer a parking lot around the corner (for a fair price!) made it an overall unforgettable stay. We‘ll definitely come again!

The location is fantastic - you cannot find anything more central. Everything you need is close by: supermarkets, food hall, shops, restaurants. Very quiet at night despite being in the centre. The Wifi is super fast and was perfect for the work I needed to do. And you get Apple TV. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for family members who visited.

No dishwasher. But that is a small issue. The kitchen is otherwise well stocked with everything you need for preparing food.
