O cafe da manha maravilhoso, com bastante variedade, tudo muito gostoso, excelente localizacao, equipe amigavel, o tamanho do quarto me atendeu super bem, fiquei tres diarias, com certeza voltaria a me hospedar , tem um restaurante de comida tipica em frente, maravilhoso.

אהבתי את הלובי, הארוחת בוקר מאוד מגוונת והפקידים בקבלה מאוד נחמדים.

המקלחת קצת לא נוחה (אמבט) ואין דלת אמיתית בין החדר אמבטיה לחדר, בנוסף שומעים את האנשים מחוץ לחדר והחדר לא אטום לרעשים.

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück super, keine Wünsche offen! Gerne würden wir wieder das Hotel besuchen.

Everything was perfect! Staff, room, facilities, location, breakfast was nice and early and well presented and delicious-included in the price. Our room had a bath which was lovely after a big day out. The restaurants on site were excellent. Tea/coffee facilities in the room were replenished daily.

One minor thing - lots of TV channels but English channel was news only, would be nice to have access to Netflix etc to relax after a day out in beautiful Prague!

The room is little bit small. The restaurant on the first floor is kind of expensive.

To be charged EUR 10 for each hour of late check out. One chinese looking receptionist was unfriendly & cold when asked about the hotel's facility.

Локація хороша. Чисто.

Вхідна група в дзеркалах, на фото красивий хол, реальність - ніби тебе обманули. На рецепції довго думали, чи все ж таки давати кімнату з ванною (хоча я його і забронювала). Нереально знайти кімнату, бо до кімнат з ванною їдуть якісь інакші ліфти. Одного разу 15 хв шукала. Готель величезний. Сніданок - нічого особливого, хоча читала що мав бути хороший. В зрівняні з німецькими готелями, сніданок не дотягує. Тобто, вони намагаються дати різновид продуктів, але серед них нічого вибрати. Дуже багато людей, як в столовій. В номері не було води безкоштовної, навіть 1 бут. Паркінг не можна наперед забронювати.

My second stay at this hotel I was very disappointed. Junior Suite with no carpet, squeaky door, poorly tinted window and great street noise. I don't understand at all how this standard could reach five stars. When I asked why the room was in such a bad condition - especially if it was a Suite, the receptionist would have been told that these suites were being renovated. My first stay a month ago was perfectly fine - the lower class room was better equipped than the Suite. Definitely never again

Keine Dusche, nur Badewanne mit viel zu kleiner Trennwand. nach jedem duschen war das gesamte Badezimmer unter Wasser.

Très bon hôtel , le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Je conseille très fortement. Nous avons passé 4 nuits en couple, les chambres sont grandes, la salle de bain très belle et le lit super confortable, nous avions pris la formule avec le petit déjeuner inclus, multitudes de choix et très bon. L'hôtel est à quelques minutes à pied du vieux centre ville, et les rue de Prague sont idéales pour se promener.

Struttura molto bella, ma c’è da dire che le foto non rispecchiano realmente la facciata dell’edificio! la stanza sopra la norma credevo in qualcosina di più date le 5 stelle, colazione molto molto buona e ampia.

La situación

Teníamos media pensión una semana y todos los días tuvimos para elegir los mismos 5 primeros y 5 segundos y de postre los mismos 3 postres demasiado cansino el Menu

The hotel was nice.

We were, lets say tricked about the parking, it said that hotel provides parking, when we arrived they led us to a parking place. After our stay of 4 nights, we were charged for parking 150€. I have never in my life paid such amount for parking, and trust me i have traveled a lot!!!

Emplacement proche du centre ville à pied mais néanmoins au calme. Excellent petit déjeuner, salé,sucré, tout y est. Quand nous reviendrons à Prague, nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.

駅からも近く、とても綺麗なホテルです。3名でトリプルルームに宿泊しましたが、部屋も広く、窓枠の台にスーツケースも置けるので、3名のスーツケースを広げても、お部屋は充分広く使えました。お部屋も清潔で、朝食もとても美味しかったです。ホテルのフロントの方も、とても親切でした。

シャワーの水圧が、少し弱く感じました。

Camas confortáveis , pequeno almoço bom.

Somos literalmente corridos do pequeno almoço quando acaba a hora mesmo que estejamos a comer. Falta de segurança entra se para os quartos sem passar pela recepção nenhum vê quem entra ou sai apesar de ser preciso cartão para subir no elevador.

وجود مصعد واحد ،، ولكن للامانه كان وسيع وسريع الوصول وتوفر الدخول للأجنحة بالكرت من المصعد ✅
