Check your email for the door code which they send you if you check in after hours. I didn't have data so could only check with WiFi. Their WiFi info is on a note on the door.

Good location and for what I paid good value

No reception desk. Rude manager. Didn’t send codes to access rooms even though we had already paid. Finally sent them at 10.21 that night. We had to book into another hotel. Booking.com. Only refunded £22 of a £44 bill. Poor service all round.

Codes to get into the door and easy to get in and out. Beds confortable and a short walk into town. I stayed here two nights, it wasy easy to book through booking.com

I could not check in early. I had to wait outside for an email that was sent to that had the check in codes for the door. This was my fault that I did not email the property and tell them what I was doing. I think if you emailed them they would have sent the code or someone would have been at reception.

Very nice stay. Staff helpful. Room was nice and clean. Everything that I expected was matched.

I did not have have bad expereince.

curtain for bathroom door. lift not available and I specifically asked due to being disabled. lift not made a Soto us despite being asked. Staff were blunt to the point of being rude. Not helpful re getting food either. advertised as shops/restaurants nearby which there weren’t. grouting terrible in bathroom. toilet was loose. stairs were steep and handrail was too low and I’m only 5’1”. Awful place.
