Colazione un po' scarsa e senza assistenza

La colazione, la macchinetta del caffè, il bollitore.

È un albergo un po’ datato. La doccia con la muffa, la ciambella traballante e il bidè si muoveva, le prese della corrente pericolose

De kamer was prima, wel wat gedateerd. Het ontbijt was oké. De tram is op loopafstand en dan ben je snel in Florence.

Het is een prima hotel om Florence te bezoeken, maar verwacht er niet te veel van.

Close to airport and train. Staff was excellent, friendly and spoke great English. Helped us get downtown on the train, which was simple, but we couldn’t have figured it out without their help.

They accidentally gave us the wrong room when checking in and when we informed them, they immediately found us another room and compensated us above and beyond for the mistake. The staff members were incredible. They gave us great advices on how to get to city center and airport. Breakfast was good too.

The location was a 8 min walk to the nearest tram station and at night there are barely any lights available so it's a bit scary when going to and from the city center at night.

Very very clean, bath as well as shower, all staff were very approachable and helpful.

There is nothing to like about Hotel. Old unkept property. Shabby furniture. Hygiene is nowhere.Breakfast is extremely bad

10 min walk to The tram station.. The room is small but has all you need.
