Great choice for Breakfast, staff friendly and location excellent. Would stay again if ever back.

Not many guests in this large hotel so I did not eat there. The room was large but they were doing some renovation using an air hammer or similar device. Some bother when trying to work at the desk.

Noise

The location of the hotel was very good, close to the centre of town. The room was very clean, there was a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was also very pleasant

Our fridge did not work and the air conditioning was not great. This also stopped working at one point. Although the staff fixed both issues, these things should have been checked prior to arrival. We paid extra for breakfast but on both mornings this was stone cold. Despite there being staff in the dining room, no one was checking if the burners under the trays were still alight and I had to ask for the milk to be refilled.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and good location

Big comfortable rooms with fridge and good shower. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool area was very nice. I would stay again and thought it was good value for money.

Some parts slightly dated and restaurant at times looked closed when I am sure it probably wasn't.

Liked the pool and the rooms and staff were helpful.

Shower was broken, TV was broken, communal bathrooms could have been cleaner.

The reception is good and nice.

There's a wait tried to rape me and later he and his family member tried to kill me by taking out my heart and eyes. I require this hotel must repay me for all these or I must call the police. The wait and his family said they would not let me to have another boyfriend or get money from anyone who's my bf because they don't like it.

The location is the selling point of this hotel. Another thing are the bedrooms, more a suite then a room. Iv stayed here twice now and I’ll probably stay here if I visited Siem Reap again.

The staff can come across as being rude because of the tone of their voice. Please don’t be offended by it as it seems to be a common occurrence throughout Cambodia. The breakfast was very basic, not much of a selection besides Cambodian dishes.
