good location near taj and Agra fort

flooring was not good.

Like the food quality.

Actually it was a horrible experience staying there. In a double bed they put 2 single mattresses. And the joint line is so uncomfortable. To resolve this issue they took hours. They resolve the issue by 12.30 in the mid night. It was so uncomfortable to wait when you are too tired. They prepared a room which had no functional toilet. Flush was not working. We asked to give us a separate room. After 2 hours they gave us. But the toilet has the equal issue. You can’t flush. 3 things we usually need while choosing a room. Comfortable bed, properly working clean washroom and quicker room service. This hotel lack of all these 3 things.

Only location was near to Taj Mahal and food in Udupi restaurant is good.

Hotel not worth for high charges, it's n lodge with bad walls and rotten wood flooring which they hide from carpet. Room was not cleaned at all. So there r much better option available near by in less rate.

Nothing to like.

According to price it would have been a better experience. No WiFi, no clean beds,small room.
