When we arrived at the hotel, we were given the keys and when we entered the rooms we saw that they were not cleaned and dirty. After that, we did not want to live in this hotel. When we asked to come and resolve the situation of the hotel manager - we waited half an hour until he came us. He was unfriendly, didn't provide any compensation, even didn't say sorry, and just replaced the rooms with others that were not in the best condition either. We tried to refund money because rooms looks different than on booking.com but manager said - no option to refund money. It is first time in our life when hotel didn't approve refund money. So we didn't have other option as live in this hotel like in prison. We traveled with my parents and it was a terrible stress for them to wait an hour on the street on 45 celsius while the manager changed rooms. All-inclusive food and drink are bad. Rooms are not in the best condition (outdated renovation and outdated furniture) and without soundproofing. Room cleaning is awful, very dirty. The staff is unfriendly. This is not a 4 star hotel, not hotel for human, just for getting money. We booked rooms in more that 50 hotels and living in "Kinetta Beach Resort and Spa" is the worst experience to live in hotel in our live.

The location was beautiful surrounded by mountains and the sea

We stayed on an all inclusive basis. The provision of water was poor, limited to small plastic cups. I feel that water bottles should have been provided in the rooms. There were days that only one side of the buffet was open therefore there were huge queues when trying to get your lunch/dinner. The WiFi was extremely poor, we had to constantly go back to the reception in order to effectively log on.

Breakfast was brilliant. And the location absolutely amazing.

The experience was overall really great. Wonderful location and great sports options. The only thing that was a disappointment was the gym. We would love it if it could be updated. It was useless. Otherwise, we loved it. And we will definitely come back. Thank you
