Location is very good. Even few minutes walk from the South Ex metro. We were even upgraded to a suit (without any extra charge) which had a very spacious attached room containing six seater dinning table, an area with six seater sofa and center table and a separate TV.

1. There were damps on the wall. 2. Bathroom was not very clean (commode has stains) 3. TV in the drawing room did not work (we did not bother much though) 4. No drinking water was provided unless asked for. 5. At the time of checking out (around 10 AM), hardcopy of the bill was not provided citing the reasons that billing manager has not yet come.

The adjoining room was used by the hotel staff and it brought disturbances during night hours.

For a start, of you don't have a smartphone with location enabled, there is nowhere to understand you arrived, no indication whatsoever. The room is blind, just a little window in the bathroom and a window in another useless room. The room was infested with mosquitoes. We asked for a three bedroom and had a two bedroom with an extra bed put on the side which made the circulation less easy and the bed was to small for our friend. Beds where to soft. We didn't like the breakfast. For 42€ a night we are really disappointed.
