L'accoglienza del proprietario della struttura è stata assolutamente fantastica. Dovevamo raggiungere la città di Rieti per un matrimonio ed abbiamo richiesto se poteva anticipare l'orario del check in altrimenti avremmo perso la cerimonia.

Anche se l'arredamento era ormai datato, tutto al suo intero funzionava. In realtà non c'è nulla che non mi è piaciuto. Tutto funzionava ed era al suo posto.

Do acolhimento, localização, quarto enorme! Café da manhã gostoso e simples, tudo muito prático e funcional.

Nada nos desagradou.

Il parcheggio, anche se si deve andare per pochi metri in senso contrario; colazione discreta; un buon punto d'appoggio per andare a visitare le aree circostanti; la posizione, molto comoda per andare al centro del paese, anche se in salita.

La scarsa pulizia; il bagno molto piccolo; la tv che prende pochissimi canali; alla colazione mancano yogurt e succhi di frutta; non è un posto adatto se vuoi rilassarti nella struttura, molto minimale.

I wasn't given any breakfast the two days I stayed there and I felt too much cold in the room. The room was much cold it wasn't good for my liking. Bathroom shower is not properly cleaned the fridge wasn't functioning. No Internet WiFi in the room.

I like a self con room it helps one to have his or her privacy. My wet underwear I kept in order in the bathroom was disorderly kept when I went out and came back I believed the cleaner must have done that. But it was unfair because I met my pant dirty because it was shifted in a wrong I got sad when I saw that honestly.

It's a great place, friendly and easy-going hosts, I'd definitely recommend this place! Good location, nice room, etc.
