We loved the location and cleanliness of the room.

We found the bed very hard and uncomfortable.

* check in was smooth, could pay by credit card, and the reception spoke very good English * there was a Jacuzzi on the roof which was free to use and gave you a nice view of the city * the location was close to the main tourist attractions * bed is huge and bathroom design is very nice * room was very quiet

* rooftop bar and gym were closed at the time we were there * our room was in the first floor so there wasn't a good view

It's a pretty good room. I like the toilet design. It's pretty. Hotel is in the town. Easy to find food. Near mall too. All by walking distance.

We liked everything about the room.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Good value for money. The location was walking distance to Komtar, Pragin Mall, Hameediyah, Chowrasta and other attraction places in Georgetown.

The cleanliness, the scent in the hotel was welcoming, the staff were friendly and helpful. Generally it was ambient with great design touches! Thank you for a wonderful stay!💜

The hotel restaurant being closed during Chinese new year😔 We appreciate they had to be closed during this time however we were looking forward to this amazing restaurant. ...next we'll make sure to travel when the hotel restaurant is open⭐ thanks again for a memorable experience at your boutique hotel!💜

From friendly Front Office to Housekeeping staff, customer care was excellent through-out. The complimentary cold refreshing drink in the lobby was a daily delight, especially after hot sticky days of walkabouts! Location was excellent in every ways; from yummy dims outlets just around the corner, other local eats in between and, to the Komtar Bus Terminal. Our room was quiet, great view of the rooftops of George Town heritage shoplifts, and was just perfect for the New Year's Eve fireworks! Room amenities were ample, housekeeping was almost faultless, room space was just right and the air-conditioning was perfect! Overall, a lovely hotel that has checked off all needs for a memorable 1st time visit to Penang. Well done!

Great location. Great room. Fancy bathroom. Nice reception space with posh restaurant. Outdoor space on the roof with sun loungers and jacuzzi. Ice tea and water cooler in reception. Good a.c., fridge, blackout curtains, double glazing, english TV channels. Nice linen and towels, also dressing gowns... Bar on the roof, though not ever busy. Extended our stay by 2 nights. Located next to shopping centre, bus stops for local and long distance buses to K.L. Short walk to little India and bars around love Lane. Would recommend. Was lots going on here for Chinese New Year 2023!

Nothing really, one of our favorites so far. The jacuzzi functioning at about 50% but we still used it daily as it's so hot and humid in penang.

Highly recommended. Staff,cleaning service so kind to store my dress forgottten in bathroom ( thanks!!!!!),area, comfortable room and bathroom. WE decided to stay further night. Sorry to leave.😉
