the penthouse jacuzzi did not work the entire time I was there. I paid for Diamond club butler service my butler left on the 30th and I did not get a replacement butler. we did not get the nightly turn down service I paid for.

After exchanging room because of closeness to other family members, the bathroom tile was lose and I only had a shower, not a tub.

Brilliant facilities and excellent, friendly customer service. Butlers added extra touches to make the stay special. Ocean front restaurant had amazing views and was a spectacular setting for breakfast.

The setting was exceptional. The balance of nature paired with modern amenities created the ideal vacation getaway that I wanted. Housekeeping and room service were on point. The food was great too, not to mention the drink options at the bar.

There was a change in the room selected on Booking to what they had reserved, I had specified 2 beds however upon check in, the room reserved only had one. This caused my friend and I extra funds to secure rather than returning to Montego Bay.

I had the BEST Butler team ever!! Daron and Denato were the absolute best!! I was traveling alone and they constantly checked on me to make sure I was good. The security was on point as well; they like to know where you're going and with whom. I love that measure!!

My one not so good experience was Dorado restaurant. Something was happening in the kitchen and we weren't allowed in for about 45 minutes. Once inside and ordered my meal, I was very disappointed! Not sure if they were rushing or what, but food was not good. I've eaten here before on a previous visit and food was great. I also learned that a lot of staff were on strike (good for them!)

The property was very clean, COVID protocol in place, staff members very helpful and professional. Food and drinks were good. Happy we choose Hideaway, peaceful, quiet.

Checking in was very hectic and confusing at the section for families. In contrast, checking in at Hideaway was quick and calm. Too much seaweed in the water.

the swim out room was awesome

The food was underwhelming, too much spice on the Jamaican food at the buffet each night. The food needs to improve. The desserts were not good and the food was left out for too long. We literally came to breakfast very early just to get fresh food. Our toilet started to “bubble” at night and the fire alarm went off every night. For $3000, I expect to have a much better experience. I would not recommend this property to friends or family. Also, there is NO music on the Adult side but the kids/family side had all the music! Same with food, the kids side had better food. There should be a DJ everyday on the adults only side

Evening Entertainment should involve the audience to make it more fun. Also, there wasn't any top shelf grey goose vodka, which was a disappointment.

My stay at the hotel would've been great if it weren't for a young woman by the name of SANYA/SANIA not sure how her name is spelt but she was working at the buffet on the night of April 30, 2022. I was belittled and treated as though I didn't spend my hardworking money. I didn't appreciate being spoken to like a child and treated differently because of the color of my skin, by my own race... I was just trying to enjoy my birth night and this woman ruined the ENTIRE experience. I

The property has multiple restaurants to dine. The food was delicious. Our Butler George is the epitome, “At your service.” He was very knowledgeable of the property and the surrounding areas. He handled everything from dinner reservations, property activities, and off-property excursions. He was truly divine and personable.

The Luxury Penthouse with Jacuzzi we booked on guarantee months prior wasn’t available during our stay. However, the property did compensate us for our inconvenience.
