Unfortunately property wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Kitchen sinks were brown, very little cleaning materials available, no washing up liquid. Surfaces had crumbs etc. Bathroom sink and bath were not cleaned. Taps had brown ring marks, floors were unclean. Soap pumps left were practically empty. Living room did not smell fresh, possibly blankets needed washed. Balcony from master bedroom needed hosed. Unfortunately the first day of the holiday was spent cleaning. On the positive, beds were comfortable and towels were fresh. Area had signs to be aware of burglars.

What a fantastic place to stay for a relaxing getaway and in touching distance of Barcelona and the wonderful Sitges and Vilanova. A car is needed to get around, but everything about the house and pool is fantastic if its a stay at home type of break wanted. The house is fantastic with everything needed and Virginia is such a good host. Thank you for a great week.

Awesome property, perfect location

The house is exactly like it is in the description. The owner Virginia has been easy to contact and very helpfull when we needed it. The beach is 15mn away and the place is very calm and quiet. I recommend this place

Overall the villa was very nice and in a good location. It was very spacious and had a nice ‘flow’. It had everything we needed. The area itself is a bit remote so definitely a car is needed. One of the reasons we chose this villa is the short drive to Sitges. The outdoor space was good - the pool needed a bit of attention, but nevertheless we had a lot of fun in the pool as a family. Any issues we had were very minor and dealt with efficiently. Virginia is an excellent host, very accessible and super quick to respond to any queries we had. This certainly contributed to our wonderful holiday. Thank you

The layout and facilities of the Villa are just great, gardens especially the bouganvillea are beautiful, near the sea the grocery stores, Sitges and Barcelona my family had a lovely relaxing time

Virginia was a great owner and very good at communicating and was very accesible. She also gave some helpful tips on the first day such as the local convienance store to get food in and a gps location of the villa. There was also a bottle of cold Cava in the fridge on arrival, which was a nice touch. Sandra who met us and managed the property was inviting and polite, she didnt speak much english, but Virginia had already stated this before arrival, so was happy to navigate a polite convo with her, and nothing was lost in translation. Overall the Villa was beautiful and as seen in the photos. We received an email a few days before arriving to advise that due to a drought, it had not been possible to make repairs to the pool or empty and clean etc, but it was only asthetics. First impressions were that it really could have done with the repairs, and wasnt as clean as other villas i have stayed at, but the situation couldnt be helped so no hard feelings on it. Unfortunately my 3 year old cut his toe quite badly on one of the exposed tiles on the steps in the pool, but it didnt stop him getting back in the next day. Regardless, it really is a lovely villa, with thoughtful owners and once the pool is reconditioned, i would definitely recommend it. The area is remote, but everything is within a short drive and its a beautiful part of the world.
