Very hard to find parking place

The checking process is really smoot. The kitchen is very cute. The instruction haw to go to the flat was very good. The stylish of the first level s very nice and modern but in the second level there a lot of thing that should be improved.
The so cold second floor does not look as at the picture. You should know that the ceiling is really very close to the bed. If you have some kind of claustrophobe it would be a huge problem. The door of the bathroom was unfixed. There are a lot of steps that has to be walked in order to achieve the accommodation so if you have a suitcase it would be necessary to be taken into account. Because the house was old there is humidity.

The price was good and the apartment was clean.
The booking.com advertisement for this property is very misleading. One of the beds is in the kitchen (there is no real living room -- nowhere to sit other than the kitchen table), and the other bed is in a loft with a ceiling too low to stand up. The stairs leading to the loft are very steep (as are the outside stairs into the apartment), and pretty dangerous, so this apartment is not appropriate for children or elderly people. We had a very hard time obtaining instructions for the keys, and communications regarding the location, the parking, and access to the apartment were very unclear.

Very cozy apartment. They helped us very much to find it sending us pics. The location was great also.
The apartment is very cold, but you have heat. The bed is not the best. The streets around the apartment are very dark, and you can hear everything from outside

Central location, parking nearby (free if you leave a car from evening to morning), good communication with owners. Fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom.
It was a bit cold on the second floor at night, even with air conditioning (25 degrees) on.

everything - worked really well for friends wanting separate beds as 2 comfortable double beds, fully made up and ready for us. Nice smart little flat. coffee and toiletries provided!

The apartment is sweet, cosy and cute -- clean and just like it was described! Lovely area, short walk to shops or restaurant. Very delightful.
The internet doesn't reach to the loft but that was manageable. :-) Finding a parking spot takes some time but this is Sicily where it takes time to find a spot no matter where you are!

Lovely little apartment, very close to the historical centre. We were a family of three and found it very welcoming and cosy, with everything we needed. Our host was very helpful and arranged a taxi on our behalf, from the train station to the property and back again when we checked out. Very good value for money.

Stayed only one night but great location with amazing views close by, very friendly host, spacious apartment. Plenty of towels and other supplies. Excellent water pressure in shower. Has wifi and TV.
Unfortunately the place was very very cold when we arrived. And it took the whole night to heat.
Suggestion for the hosts - heat place few hours before arrival or ask a neighbour to turn the heater on.

Nice apartment, well equipped, comfortable beds.
Parking might a bit complicated, especially in busy days and many tourists - the street is only walk-able, so you need to bring your stuff yourself. Also finding the apartment is not so straight-forward.

The Host was wonderful, very helpful and generous. She responded immediately for our questions and favors.

Great location, cleanliness, free parking relatively close.
The apartment didn't have air conditioning and the provided electric fan was not sufficient. The internet connection was not reliable (to be fair, I didn't report it as I spent in the apartment only one night).

Tidy apartment, but nothing fancy. Good communication with host. Keys were waiting in the locker.
No air-conditioning, only fan. Upper floor to hot to sleep.

Very nice room with double bed on a second floor. Few minutes walking from city center and main sites. Very quiet neighborhood (same as the whole city). Very helpful and friendly hosts - instantly answered my questions in messenger even before the arrival, provided many tips about local top places! Parking is nearby, but quite hard to find an available spot.
Not so easy to find the apartment - you have to take the stairs from main street to a small pedestrian walk; but the host sent a map in advance and walked out to meet us. No view from windows, but not a problem if you stay for 1 night. Ceiling is very low above the bed on a second floor, but still not critical.
