Hot breakfast was a plus. We loved the lemon infused water available at all times.

The motion controlled air condition is absolutely ridiculous. So when you are finally ready to rest and get a good night's sleep, it turns off because nobody is moving 🙄. The pool was absolutely disgusting. We got there late the 1st night and fully intended on using the pool. It was filthy. You could see hair and bugs floating on top. The whole next day it was closed. We had a first floor room. It sounded like a basketball team was in the room above us. When we brought all of these things to the attention of the front desk no discount was offered. We had a fairly expensive 2 nights with no sleep and no comfort. I would never go back.

The hotel call called me the morning of my reservation and told me my reservation was canceled. I quickly then tried to find another place to stay but could not because it was the 4th of July weekend so I ended app having to go home. I'm fighting my vacation in half and then the property still proceeded to charge me because I didn't have a cancelation policy built-in but they're the ones who canceled it. Not me

Nice lobby area and breakfast

The pool was cloudy, super hot in there and high chemical smell. Carpet of facility was dingy. Q-tip on window ledge when we checked in. No staff present to check out.

Location, furniture is new.

The lady at the reception was not welcoming at all. I felt so annoyed during check in! The rate of the room was 9/10 for cleanness on booking website . however, the room and the bed sheets are smelly, it’s like the smell of mold ! I was planning to stay for two days but I just stayed for one day. I could withstand the smell !! The hotel didn’t charge me for the other day . It doesn’t worth the money either !!

Breakfast was great, the cookers were constantly bringing more food outside, the juices on the machine were a little watery so we did not drink that.

It was a little crowded during breakfast but I understand everyone wanted to enjoy the waffles.

When you walk in, it felt very inviting, the staff was very friendly and smelt fresh and clean. The breakfast was good.

The room where they serve breakfast was to small it was congested, they need a better system or a bigger space

It was clean, great parking, outdoor area was pleasant to enjoy

Location

The entrance and hallways were sticky and dirty appearing. The toilet paper holder fell off right away but the front desk offered us a reduced rate and said it would be fixed in the morning. The breakfast nook was the size of a closet and a gazillion people were squished into it with lots of low to no food available.
