Rooms are old and decrepit. They really should renovate the rooms and modernise it. Breakfast was ok but coffee was way too diluted.

The location is excellent.

1. Change the shower-heads to those with shower-hoses as well. 2. Towels were not super-clean - old & not white anymore! 3. Shld hv soap/shampoo pump-dispensers. 4. Bedrooms' lights are too dim. 5. No covered car-park lots nor covered walkways to the hotel.

The location, that was the only thing.

The room is dingy, dark and dirty. The shower didn't work properly and the taps were loose. The water would spray out of the tap when you showered. The kettle was broken and wouldn't switch off until unplugged. The windows had mould on them. The room was absolutely awful but to be expected for this price. The sole reason was to be near family. If not, we would never stay here and would highly NOT recommend this hotel.

Location & reasonable price.

Check out was 12. However at 11am the housekeeping came n knocked at the door and I was still snoozing. Woke up shocked because the lady came in opening the door.

I have paid for family room, they gave standard room , 2 single bed Did not changed room, toilet was dirty, stool stain on toilet seat, toilet door was not working. This is ist time in booking .com I hav bad experience.

I booked a family room (non smoking)for 4 nights stay. it was a extremely disappointed first night stay. the staff gave us a room with 2 single bed with extra shaky & sofa bed which was not the room that I booked. It followed by a broken hairdryer and extra smoky room. He mentioned to me while I was checking in. if the room is not comfortable please inform me & I will change it for you tomorrow morning.I wondered what is he talking about and what happen to the original room that I booked I said. He didn’t reply me properly but mumbled by himself instead. so, since my family n I was so tired after the late night flight, we decided to just give it a try for the night. the room lighting was bad , extremely bad odour plus with a last minute housekeeping staff for extra sofa bed sheet arrangement. Super disappointing. even though the next day evening I was able to arrange to the original room . it still doesn’t change my mind about the disappointment on this issue.

Large comfy room at a bargain price. I like the peaceful location in a leafy mainly residential area away from crowds. Walked to MRT and convenient for Newton Food Centre.

Room furniture is a little tired but acceptable at price paid. Cleaning of bathroom and particularly mirrors could be better. Visible marking in higher hard to reach areas.

The room is spacious,and cozy

There is bath tub but no pipe beside the toilet,it's difficult for malay family need to clean themselves after they pass motion,as muslim i prefered room with no bath tub but always fulled,tge room with no bath tub shpuld be priority for muslim if possible.

The breakfast is clouded. there is no table available if you go after 7.30am. We cannot wait and decide to eat at the restaurant outside.
