The location is the only thing that I can rate highly as it is in Cala di volpe and has lovely sea views. The pool itself is a good size and deep and the surrounding gardens are pretty.
Paid a substantial amount for very little service, mediocre food, tiny oudated room, bathroom and shower barely big enough for one person. Dirty and broken shower knob and plastic cups in the bathroom. Shabby looking pool area generally unclean and unequipped rooms and badly run hotel. No luxury feel such as slippers, bathrobes, kettle and such in the rooms and not romantic. Definitely not 4 star standard let alone 4 + and incredibly overpriced for its value. Breakfast was ok but not great and could have had more variety and better quality. Everything closed at a certain time and it was impossible to even order a coffee after that.
Dinner was ok but they find it difficult to accommodate for allergies or substitutions and again the menu was very limited and bland.

Great views & beautiful gardens.
Dated & in need of refreshment decor & furniture wise. Infinity pool was not working to full potential despite high season. Initial “sea view” room was not sea view, we had to walk across a shared terrace invading the privacy of the room next door to see the sea. After room change it was better.
Transfers to the beach are charged per person per day despite it being the hotels own shuttle, then beach beds specifically for the hotel guests are an extra fee on top.
Taxis cost a fortune regardless of short distances, the minimum fee is €45 for a 5 minute drive.
Nothing is within walking distance.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! the hotel was spectacular and so clean! We went there for our honeymoon and we would go back 🥰

We checked out after 3 days and were promised a full refund for the last two days - we are still waiting
On arrival they took full 100% booking fee AGAIN. Then refunded £ 200 less due to exchange rates and have not refunded this either
There was inadequate, poorly trained, very rude and racist staff
Call me on UK 07412 455718 to assist with agreed 100% 2 day refund - Euro 1520 plus £ 200 shortfall from taking money twice

Great location, beautiful view, nice pool and hotel grounds
Breakfast was quite poor for the level of the hotel. Small and basic selection, display not very attractive.

Spectacular view of the bay from our room and the breakfast area which was a great start to the day. Staff service was exceptional.
Beware the steep hill to the property which may require transport for some.

- The HPB staff kindly upgraded our room for free to make our stay special. Amazing view of greenery and surrounding ocean.
- INCREDIBLE VIEW FROM THE RESTAURANT
- Less than 20 mins walk to La Celvia and Capriccioli beach (our favourites of our stay and we explored many beaches on our private boat trip around the North & North Eastern side of island). There are pavements to walk on so it’s safe to walk.
- Floor manager of the restaurant was incredible. old Sardinian fellow, who was full of joy everyday.
- Staff we’re very helpful and attentive. Bar staff need a little training.
- 4 course Dinner was amazing. We went half board and we were so impressed by the quality of food on offer.
- Pool was great.
- Rooms need upgrading a little to give them a modern touch but they are very clean. A painting or a picture on the wall can help to add character.
- Breakfast was okay… would’ve been better with fresher fruit (fruit salad: sliced pineapple, grapes etc).
- Bar menu needs an update. For example ham and cheese sandwich was basic yet cost €15 euros.

Staff were outstanding and helpful, the dinner we had the first night was really good and well worth the money - other nights we ate outside of the hotel. Breakfast was great, and the morning view from the room, the restaurant and the pool were all amazin.g

The facilities overall were great, the views over Cala Volpe are beautiful, and the breakfast was really nice. Very close to some really nice beaches (Capriccioli). The pool was great.
The sunbeds in the pool area weren't super comfy, and the hotel did not provide an iron when asked (not a service they normally provide apparently).

It was a very pleasant stay
The hotel was very new and clean
Location is good close to the beautiful beaches and beach clubs therefore you can the explore the island and enjoy best areas without having to have long distance trips in case you come for a short stay or just want to have a calm vacation

However receptionists can be more attentive and flexible. Some lack politeness and understanding to the issues you want them to address
I think the fact that all stuff is wearing official costumes is a bit of an exaggeration for a sea resort and also kills a chilled vacation atmosphere you want to have

The hotel is situated on a hill, away from the main road so it is a quiet area. We had a room with a sea view and it was amazing. The room was very clean upon check in and housekeeping was very meticulous.
The reception area is spacious and decorated in light colors.
Many thanks to the wonderful staff of the breakfast buffet. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
For breakfast there are many items to choose from: various types of bread, cheeses, salami, eggs, bacon, tomatoes as well as jams, honey and Nutella. For those with a sweet tooth, choose from delicious plum cake, brownies, apple pie, various types of croissants.
From the breakfast room the view of the bay is awesome.

Very bad service , old hotel really needs refurbishment. For sure it’s not as expensive as other hotels in the area but it’s for a reason
