The restaurant is just under the rooms so it is a little bit noisy when you are on your balcony but everything stops at 11 pm

We love the staff and the restaurant and the fact that a lot of family come there every year. However, our room was extremely uncomfortable and had no closet - supposedly it was an upgraded room but it was far worse than the standard room we had last year. We did complain but no other room was available and also no discount was given for the discomfort and low quality of the room because the reception said that it was booked via booking.com and we should be complaining to them and not directly to the hotel. Also they claimed that the site had a very clear description of the room. We definitely expected more for a $500+ nightly charge

Beautiful hotel and surroundings! A very nice and friendly stuff, great for families with kids as the hotel has playground and kids room.

15 minutes walking to the center/ train station

The staff, location and facilities were perfect for us: neat to town but quiet, and VERY friendly and competent staff. We had a very generous room with a large balcony, seating area and bathroom, with a view to the mountains. Also, free parking in fromt of the hotel!

Everything was very good, but we found the matrasses rather hard. Also, a mini-bar would have been great!

The staff were extremely kind and thoughtful. They brought a nice basket, treats and a toy for my dog. Overall wonderful stay at this hotel! It was absolutely delightful. The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with exceptionally clean facilities. I highly recommend this hotel. Also very close to the center of Gstaad.

The hotel is made in Swiss style, wood and fire places, windows face the mountains, close to everything you need and the restaurant in the hotel was amazing- try pizza there !
