The staff was really nice and accommodating. I was given an upgrade as the room AC wasn't working properly. The Deluxe room was meh and dated but the upgraded Superior room was new and renovated and well to my liking.

Deluxe room that I originally booked was damp and dated. Room AC was probably from a different decade and clearly had issues. It kept shutting down and required maintenance to come in 3 times before they upgraded me. This tells me that rooms aren't checked before handover. The WIFI is garbage at best. Apparently each room has a dedicated router but somehow didn't show up till I raised a complaint with Booking.com. The WiFi still was slow and kept disconnecting making the stay an absolute pain to work out of. My speeds before upgrade was 330kbps and it went up to a max of 8mbps after upgrade. Again nothing to brag about.

The location is not bad but I don't know . Parking... Hmm. It's not a resort it is a very decent hotel. Love it.

Was a Good place for our entire extended family of 14 members for a 2 night stay.Property is a bit old,but rooms were spacious and close to Fort kochi.Value for money..

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and check out. Good breakfast. Clean and spacious room. We had booked a suite room. It had the usual tea / coffee maker, tv , fridge etc. The location of the hotel was at a junction so had good access to everything.

the property was very clean, well maintained; with the staff going over and beyond to support any need, even if it was not upto them to resolve. given the amount we spent, we got a 5-star treatment. would definitely recommend.
