Stairs up to the front door, stairs down to breakfast room & limited parking.

Everything the welcome was spot on and I was informed of all of the facilities. The room was large and was spotless including the en-suite. Breakfast was included but alas I was too lazy to attend.

Very clean and comfy.. Close to all amenities so kept the car parked though out the stay.. very reasonable and a beautiful full English Breakfast xx

Good attention to detail and breakfast items could be altered easily.

Everything, the room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom, we were given soaps and towels. The bed was clean & comfortable and it was checked by housekeeping daily. The hosts were lovely too and a lovely breakfast. I would very highly recommend Belle view to anyone looking for a stay in Skegness. Really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you Deb & Des for a wonderful stay Irene & Eddie

Very clean nice owners too , breakfast was very nice too hotel nice and relaxing on night time no banging of noise like most hotels . All facilities were working and nothing but possitive comments about the hotel in general

Warm welcoming. Utterly charming. Breakfast was exceptional and all beautifully done by one person with such a friendly way. The standard of cleanliness was beyond perfection. And all done by just 2 people. Amazing.

There is nothing and no reason to fault this superb B and B.

Lovely BB right in a prime spot near to beach shops bars swimming pool.plenty of places to eat. Dez and Debbie friendly helpful excellent hosts place gleaming ignore photes on site dinning area all new and modern decor and room .Best value for money nothing to much trouble. breakfast was the best every day.Would recommend to family and friends would visit again.
