Vi havde en lejlighed i to plan. Ikke helt så godt hvis man er høj. Det er svært at komme op på hemsen hvor der står en dobbelt seng. Trappe stigen er meget stejl.

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß mit hohen Decken. Jeden Tag waren die Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine aufgefüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Außerdem war die Lage perfekt.

Location was really great. Walking distance to lots of sights and eating places.
The lift was not working but staff were happy to carry our bags up the stairs.

The hotel is located in an excellent location. 3 minutes walk from Rokin train station, and 5-10 minutes walk from everything that's interesting. There are excellent restaurants very close by.
Our double room was very spacious. The shower was clean and well maintained.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
We were there on the last week of May, so the weather was very nice and the room didn't get hot at all. There doesn't seem to be an AC in the room, so I don't know how it'll be during the summer time.
While the general location of the hotel was great, it's worth mentioning that our room was just above the street, which means that sometimes (too) early in the morning you may hear the noise from the street (cars driving by, workers unloading boxes for the stores). It didn't bother us too much, but if we ever go back to this specific hotel, I would definitely ask for a room that's not directly above the street. Though I guess that's true for any other hotel.

The hotel was great. The location was brilliant, everything was walkable from there. The staff were very helpful and the room was spotlessly clean and spacious and beds very comfortable! The en-suite bathroom was lovely too! It was great to have the kitchenette which we used for cups of tea in the morning and for breakfast. The comfy seating area and TV with BBC channels were fab too, it was nice to relax in our room after a day out wandering the city!

Die Lage war perfekt. Wer gut laufen kann, benötigt keine öffentlichen Vekehrsmittel, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Die Zimmer waren außerordentlich groß und die Küchenzeile war voll ausgestattet. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch nicht zu laut. Das Bad war zwar klein, aber man muss sich nicht zu zweit darin aufhalten. Man bekam täglich neue Handtücher und es war sehr sauber. Unsere Dusche hatte zum Glück eine Scheibe und keinen Duschvorhang, wie man es auf den Bildern noch sieht.
Man schrieb zwar, dass man keinen Concierge hat, aber als wir unsere Koffer zur Aufbewahrung bis zum Erhalt der Zimmer abgaben, half man uns nicht damit, diese auf die oberen Bretter des Schrankes zu heben. Wir hatten zwar kleine, aber gut gefüllte Koffer und es fiel uns doch schwer. Ansonsten gibt es keine negativen Aussagen zum Personal. Es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeit im Hotel (ist in Amsterdam oft so).

The location and the manager - amazing lady
The night shift stuff was horrible. 2 first days.
They gave us room 455 on city view. The bathroom had bad smell. I called the front desk the man like I cannot do anything for you. The next day amazing lady changed our room canal view and bathroom had better smell. I felt sorry coz the location is amazing but the building is very old.

The property host Nikos was so welcoming. He provided me with a list of things to do as a new tourist with detail. The location is also perfect, you are in the heart of the old town

Hôtel très bien situé en centre de Rokin. J'avais peur que ce soit bruyant mais j'ai eu une chambre qui donner sur le cours intérieur donc tres calme.
Les chambre étant petit, les chaises en plastique et les fauteuils énorme et pas convenable pour l'espace actuel!

Otelin konumu çok iyi.
Çıkış saatimiz 11:00 olmasına rağmen saat 10:00’da telefonla arama yapıyorlar odayı boşaltın diye, ayrıca aramayla kalmayıp odaya kadar geliyorlar süreniz doldu diye bunca zaman binlerce otele gittim hiç böyle bir şey görmedim. Ayrıca otel eski içini biraz dekore etmek akıllarına gelmemiş. Öyle uygun da otel değil

The staff were great. The sink got blocked and after reporting this got fixed. The faculities and room were as advertised. The location is really good.

A good location. Clean and big rooms. Pretty nice stuff.
There is only one elevator constantly occupied by hotel stuff for their duties. The rooms don't have AC and it was felt on the top floors under the roof. The hotel is spread across few buildings and there are pretty high stairs within the same floor.

Location is good if u don't carry around much luggage. We had tough time finding a cab from Amsterdam CENTRAAL. Room was big and nice, bit outdated (but no complaints). Mr.Franc (sorry for wrong spelling) was helpful and willing to help us in many ways
Everything was OK except for another staff (feel bad to use his name) who kind of ruin our mood on the day we were leaving.. but on a whole, all good 👍

good location, was really nice to have a kitchenette and dining table and even a coffee table to share nibbles and a cup of tea.
didn’t watch the tv, was mounted and tilted at a weird angle 🤷🏻♀️ the windows didn’t keep out the noise from the streets even though the windows were fully closed at night time.
