Lovely clean room in a great location. Would stay here again without hesitation.
Room wasn't prepared on arrival but this was sorted out very quickly by the very helpful staff. Minor mix up over payment but again this was sorted out quickly. Overall this is a great place to stay in my opinion.

Great location and exactly what we wanted for our trip. Loved the spacious living room and balcony in Coral. Nice touch having the additional fans which was needed given the heat. Everything you’d need was provided including complimentary drinks in the fridge when we arrived. Location was perfect, far out enough to be away from central and for it to feel quiet but close enough to be 5-10min walk to everything. Metro and tram station right outside. Handbook providing things like bike rentals was super handy for things you might not have already planned. Would 100% come again and enjoyed meeting Edwin.
We couldn’t find additional pillows for the sofa beds and that would probably be worth providing. Didn’t effect us at all but only thing I can think of.

This was my fourth visit to AMS
This apartment had the best view by far and was very comfortable
No toaster, microwave was dirty, one kitchen stool needed urgent repair, kitchen lacked equipment. In fact could be fully re-equiped. It could have some family touches added such as lounge pillows. Fridge was new and excepted but promised beer and wine were missing.
Warning: the stairs to the first floor were spiral and very narrow If you have heavy luggage or are unsteady on your feet this property is not for you

This was my 6th time to Amsterdam, and by far the best accommodation experience. Check in was so simple. Everyone we spoke to was lovely. The apartment itself was great. Great little balcony overlooking gardens, with lots of trees and plants, an great little quiet oasis in the middle of the city. The apartment was clean, comfortable. Good, big TV. Even a few free drinks in the fridge! The location was fantastic too. Easy to walk everywhere, about a 5 minute walk to the nightlife in Leidesplein, about a 15 minute walk from the train station. This is definitely where I will be staying from now on.

the owner-he couldn’t even apologise when our room was not ready as expected at 3pm- received text ready at 2pm. we walked into an a apartment that was dirty and used and not ready

Property was great. Staff were lovely. Great time.

The location was great, near to the metro and tram stops. The view of the canal right outside the window was amazing. However the apartment was really dirty and the bedroom pillows stank of oily hair scalp smell. It was so bad that both of us lost sleep in the first night. There were even a couple of strand of hairs on the bed. The landlord heard our complaints the next day and arranged for the cleaner to change and clean everything the next day which massively improved our stay subsequently for the next 3 days.
Cleaning and checking of the apartment condition were not done prior our stay thus making our first couple of days extremely uncomfortable.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times now. The location is awesome. views out of living room widow straight onto the stunning prinsengracht canal. Apartment is very clean and extremely comfortable. There’s a
balcony on bedroom which is a added bonus. Owner is very helpful and can’t do enough for you.

Best thing about the property is the central location and the canal view. It has everything you need in a kitchen. A good size TV with Netflix was nice to have.

Service was very good. The location was exceptional and the apartment itself was very good and suited great when traveling with kids
Limited things but the exhaust fan (not the aircon) in the living room was very noisy, which you need to accept if sleeping on the sofa bed.
