Location was directly across from the farmer's market, making it easy to get suppplies for our picnic. This also placed us near the center of town.

The lock on the door was tricky to operate. Key and handle had to be in correct positions, and this was not obvious.

Apt center cozy was great. It had a fabulous location and was easy to access. The proprietor was very helpful with questions we had.

Our room was adequate.

The manager was overbearing, rude and pushy when she eventually turned up at 18.05hrs. We had numerous emails beforehand to arrive between 16.00 & 1800hrs to meet the manager. We arrived at 16.15 but could not access the outside gates. There was no manager present. Another resident let us in through the gates & showed us the gate code. We entered the only apartment with a key in the door. It turned out to be the wrong apartment. We received an email at 18.15 with the gate key code enclosed, somewhat late for us. Our apartment was at the back of the building up a metal outside stairs to the upper floor where there were 3 apartments. It was difficult to carry our cases up the outside stairs. Also we were told to be out by 10am sharp on our departure date. Management asked us for extra money for a daily tourist tax (per person), asked us to clean all our rubbish to an outside bin, asked us to put all towels, bed sheets/pillows into an outside laundry bag. We didn't comply with their requests. The management took payment from our bank account 2 weeks before our stay. All this behaviour by the management of this venue was most unusual. A bit like a hostel stay rather than an expensive apartment rental. Would we recommend this establishment? NO, there's much better places to stay in Bayeux for the same money.

Great location - walking distance to all the Bayeux sites and restaurants, and an easy drive to WWII sites on the coast. Very spacious and well-equipped apartment and great enclosed courtyard and garden space for our toddler to safely run around. Also, very convenient laundry facilities and free parking nearby.

It was a very Dark apartment. Too little light. There was no light in the kitchen.

The arrangements for getting access etc were excellent so getting into the property on arrival was straightforward. Being welcomed by a bottle of cider and apple juice was most welcome and a super surprise. The apartment was clean with good facilities and meant I had a very comfortable stay. The location was ideal for parking and also close to shops and not a long walk into the centre of the Bayeux. Altogether excellent accommodation, very good value and highly recommended.

stayed in gite Deauville, the bedroom is in the attic space so very small, very low ceilings and the toliet is downstairs, which are very steep would stay again but pick a bigger gite

Lovely large apartment, great location. Easy communication with Karine re:code/keys. Towels provided. Complimentary btl of Cider & apple juice.

Sofa bed needs replacing, not sturdy. Floor upstairs v creaky, needs more support with battons on joists. Horrible smell from fridge, not cleaned properly. Kitchen area needs to be bigger, no draining board for dishes or cupboard for food. Existing cupboards far too high. TV extremely slow to change channels.

Apartment style, not a hotel. I liked it, but you should be aware that you have the run of the apartment for the duration. Food, coffee, etc. is all on your own.

10 minutes walk from Tourism office, petit train to be shown around town. market day is Saturday on Place de Patrice just across the road from apartment. We stayed in the Colonial apartment which was ideal as it was on ground floor with wet room shower. Ideal as I was walking with the aid of a walking stick. Lovely apartment perfect location.

Self contained property. Centre of town with courtyard communal garden all behind locked gates. If you are travelling by motorcycle you are allowed park in the internal courtyard which is a fantastic bonus.

Apartment was very clean had everything we needed. Right in city centre.free washer and dryer. Free parking 2 minutes walk away.woud stay again.
