The location of this property is great. We loved the gardens and the tidal pool. Such a beautiful spot for a few relaxed days in Montezuma. Easy walking distance to restaurants and across the road from the base of the waterfall hike.

The breakfast was overpriced. £46 for 3 Avocado on toast, 1 coffee and 2 juices. I’d be surprised to pay that in central London. (it also took over an hour to arrive) Other Breakfast spots within an easy walk for better value.

Sewer smell in bathroom that was horrid…Booked 4 nights ands left in one day. So disappointed. We booked 3 days with you and and additional 2rooms for an extra day before arriving….Accepted the lost night payment and they said they would not refund the additional rooms even though we after seeing the total place,wanted to cancell less then 24 from additional booking. This was my worst experience in all my YEARS of travel….

I loved the flowers and the woodwork. the staff was fabulous.

there are no kitchen facilities for guests. would be nice to have coffee or tea late in the day. I did not like to smell the cleaning fluids odor that came up from the dining area into my room in the am.

What an absolutely stunning hotel. The location is perfect, a short walk from Montezuma, right by the sea and very close to the waterfall. Our room was gorgeous, and the garden really beautiful with plenty of hammocks and comfy seats for relaxing. Superb breakfast too.

Very special beautiful please, try to get one room with ocean view, it is worth the upgrade! it just very much felt like a warm-hearted place on the jungle. The food is really good too and everyone very helpful!

Good location, a few minutes away from town but is very close The hotel is decorated with a magnifient taste and it is so beautiful The garden is such a lovely place and views are unbelievable Water refill station and fridge was nice to have Air conditioning and a fan also nice to have

The lack of engagement of the staff except for the girl at reception who was lovely and very helpful. The rest of the staff did not engage much with people We knew that breakfast was not included in the price But in other places that we stayed with the same price range coffee, fruit and a juice was offered as part of the breakfast. Here it was just what you ordered. For such a beautiful hotel it is just these little things that make the difference To know: Restaurant times 7:30am to 13pm and Wednesdays is closed No tv on the room. No hairdryer. Unsure if they have one. Did not need it anyway

The property was really pretty and the location was perfect

Wi-Fi was not very strong and crabs were all over the room at night. the room with the sea side view was really at the side and with all the plants in front there was barely any view

Great location on the beach where I could hear the waves crashing. Well designed use of wood and created privacy for the rooms. Short walk to restaurants and attractions.

Was booked well in advance during a peak time so I was only able to stay one night.

Beautiful house with beautiful big garden. breakfast with a view. it’s directly at the ocean, but it’s a bit rocky so no one goes in the water there, you need to walk five minutes to the small beach (super close). Breakfast is also nice.

The room was a bit small for two people and hat curtains as a bathroom door, almost directly next to the bed. but we didn’t complain cause the rest was really nice :)

Tide pools were crowded with local, only really one tide pool that’s the size of a hot tub and was always busy. No beaches on property. Very rocky. Ocean is pretty muddy. Beaches in town or near by are filthy. Trash everywhere. Dude - get a pool

This is a nice hotel close to the center of Montezuma (5 min distance walking). Do not expect luxury, but more kind of rustic hotel. However, the vibes are super cool and nice, and the garden is a superplus. Breakfast was not included but we tried. Was a great decision, since it was delicious!! Hope to come back again in the future

The hotel is like a New England beach cottage. The breakfast / lunch room faces the water and the food & smoothies are excellent [they don't do dinner]. The hotel is just past the town center but within walking distance of restaurants and sandy beach. I love rocky shores and that's what the hotel grounds [grass with hammocks & lawn chairs and gardens] are on. Our room had comfy chairs on the balcony where we sat and listened to the howler monkeys and birds, morning and evening. Very pleasant & professional staff.

Vicious mosquitos, impossibly weak, dysfunctional wifi, lots of traffic during the day due to the parking lot across the street, and the rooms are small.

If you want to get inspired and feel disconnected in a beutiful, peaceful lication with great hospitality - this place is very much recommendad!
