Not to beat them up, but this hotel will need some upgrades soon to hold a solid 5 star rating. mold in the bathroom, carpet stains, wallpaper peeling, breakfast was soso, etc.

Excellent location and easy access to shops, restaurants and subway.

Room was clean, cosy and very comfortable for a good rest. Services for transport arrangement was fast and efficient. Room service was with high standard. Nearby with lots of good food to choose from. All walking distance. Up to 2am.15 mins walk to nearest train station.

Booked 5 days but due to some urgent matters, need to check out earlier on the 4th day. Different staff has given different instruction, one mentioned unable to cancel and has instructed guess to make enquiry on the booking platform themself for the cancellation (but payment method was to pay at hotel itself). Final decision by another staff was they are able to change the booking to 4 days instead of 5. Staff should be better trained on such issue. Counter personnel services has room for improvement. Nevertheless, overall rating of this hotel is good.
