Camera veramente grande e luminosa con terrazzino privato. Leggermente fuori dal centro, necessità sicuramente di un tuk tuk per essere raggiunta, ma ne vale la pena per la location e perché vi accoglierà una dolcissima coppia in pensione! Ottima la colazione, non possiamo che consigliarlo se desiderate essere lontani dal caos della città!

You are welcomed by a very nice couple into a very homely place. They pamper you with home made breakfast, and give you good advice on the area and Sri Lanka in general. This was our favourite stay so far in Sri Lanka.

The host Dr Nimal and his lovely wife were really welcoming and nice people, many stories and travels to tell about and a lot of advice about the area and sri lanka. They made laundry for us with same day delivery which was helpful.

Unfortunately I booked the room with balcony and view, this was the reason to go so far from town. But due to booking misunderstanding only the road room without balcony nore view was available so this was disappointing. The bathroom is a bit moldy.

Beautiful homestay with spacious, clean room and the kindest hosts.

What a beautiful place. From the room you come into a green garden and are not so far away from the city. The host was charming and I was able to book an additional night

The host is the best ever. Super friendly en giving good advice about what to do. The place is away from the crowded and loud city. Nice view and no sounds is what you get.

Loved our stay! The couple who runs the place are lovely and so helpful. They made our stay the best, and had lots of helpful tips to make the most of our trip to Kandy. Nice location in the hillside, but still close enough to walk into city center. Would 100% recommend and go back!

Spacious room with enough furniture the store all your things. Plus the room had this amazing fragrance, not sure what it was, but it was really nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and decent shower. Our room didn't have AC but it wasn't needed at all (December). Surroundings were quiet, far away from the city buzz. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a fresh juice. Amazing

Nothing really, just keep in mind that the guest house is located in the hills of Kandy, so it's like a hike to get there. Took us about 20 minuts.

Mount Haven ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in Kandy. Zu Fuß ist man in circa 25min in der Stadt. Wir haben auf Anfrage ein Roller mieten können und waren so noch flexibler und schneller unterwegs. Wir hatten ein sehr sehr schönes und großes Zimmer mit einer fantastischen Aussicht in die Natur. Das Bad ist sehr schön mit sehr warmen Wasser zum Duschen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Gastgeber sind super lieb, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns einen tollen Ausflug nach Sigiriya organisiert und waren für all unsere Fragen offen. Wir würden einen Aufenthalt in Mount Haven aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen:)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Mount Haven. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von dem Ehepaar, die das Mount Haven führen, empfangen. Die Zimmer waren gross, sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Da wir am nächsten Tag früh auf den Zug mussten, bekamen wir sogar ein Frühstückspaket gepackt und es wurde für uns ein Tuktuk zum Bahnhof organisiert. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Leider war unser Aufenthalt zu kurz! Nächstes Mal werden wir länger in Kandy bleiben :)

Fantastic view, clean and comfortable bed! The owners were super helpful with recommendations and taxi, we got to the train station smoothly and perfectly on time! Breakfast was delicious!

Everything was lovely but not all the windows had curtains, so if you are sensitive to light bring a sleeping mask.

The house is located on the outskirts(10min tuktuk ride - don't pay more than 500 lkr) of Kandy and amazing if you want to get away from the chaotic city. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Dr Nimal and his wife were wonderful hosts, providing us with a lot of tips for our journey. They also have a lovely dog! We really enjoyed the stay with them and would recommend it to anyone else.

Esta muy limpio. Súper villa acojedora con un encanto especial. Sobre todo por la pareja que vive allí . Transmiten paz y amor. Gente muy educada y amable. Aconsejamos 100%. Tienen un perro buenísima . Pena nos quedamos solo una noche. Habitación super amplia. Todo bueno

Gorgeous hosts, they were very keen to talk and have us feel welcome. Their house was beautiful and there hospitality was so welcoming. I’d definitely come back to stay again. Comfortable, clean and a really beautiful home.

our first night in Sri Lanka at that place and with those wonderful hosts was a real gift. we loved it all, the room, the feeling in the house, the kindness of the hosts, they adviced us very well on the trip, and have a very peaceful energy.

是一对老夫妇在经营，很热情，英语很好，早餐也都是奶奶自己做的，量大味道不错。客房都在二楼，我订的普通双人间稍小了点，但连住三晚之后感觉没毛病。建议大家定那个带阳台的房间，我趁打扫卫生的时候进去看了下，简直是我房间的两倍大，光线超好，阳台view超级棒！喜欢他们家的小狗Bella，又乖又聪明。推荐入住哦

离市区有一点点远，但是我们有司机问题不大

very familiar place in a quiet and safe area, best breakfast and beautiful people with friendly dog bella. dr. nimal is giving a lot of travel suggestions and is helping with drivers, tuctuc etc. i spent a nice trip in sigiriya and dambulle with lallith - bohoma isthuti🙏🏿

everything was good i just want to mention that it's up the hill and a 20-25 min. walk to the center

- Keine AC, aber bei dem kühleren Klima in Kandy hat der Ventilator vollkommen gereicht.

We loved everything! Great location, quiet with stunning views, rooms big and perfectly clean, but first of all we liked the amazing owners: Nimal and his wife have been the best hosts, kind and helpful. Can’t recommend more!!!

The homestay is not very close to the city center which we actually preferred due to the amazing view over Kandy and the quite neighbourhood away from the loud and busy city. The hosts are one of the kindest and welcoming people we have met so far and we felt comfortable right from the very start. The rooms are tidy and clean (spotless) and the breakfast was also really good The owners even organized a tuk tuk driver for us who's a friend of the family. We went with him from Kandy to Sigiriyah and made plenty stops on the way (spice garden, cave tempels Dambulla). He was always very friendly, polite and we felt very safe driving with him. Also he told us so many interesting facts about the country and it's culture.

Very helpful and dedicated host. Breakfast was international with fruits from the garden, thats very tasty. Once they cooked a typical sri lanka dinner for us, that was very delicous. We loved our stay at Mount Haven! Two super friendly owners who are ready for you every minute of the day. The first morning we were leaving for an early excursion, but they did not hesitate to make us a breakfast to go at 5AM. The second day we had a full, delicious breakfast in their home and had a lovely conversation with the hosts! The room was spacious and clean, filtered water was provided, as well as towels for showering! For sure a place were you feel at home, such a lovely atmosphere to escape from busy Kandy! Extra plus points for their cute dog Bella!

As Kandy can reach very high temperatures, the fan in the room was sometimes not enough to cool down. Airconditioning would be a nice extra!

The place is very nice, super clean and the rooms are bigger than expected! The hosts are super nice and very friendly and helped us with everything we needed! I would definitely recommend staying there! It is not directly in the city centre but very close, and we liked to be off the chaotic city centre as it was really quiet at Mount Haven!

The staff working was lovely and raccomanded us some activities and tour we could do during our stay in Kandy. Lalith was the best guide! Also a lovely breakfast.

Wi-fi was slow sometimes.
