Location is excellent, really near to the harbour

literally a matter of metres from the dock, location was amazing for proximity. clean, spacious and great service from staff.

the bathroom was soooooo hot, but that isn’t really controllable. the main room had air con but the bathroom was like an oven - no windows to open. reallllly loud at night from the partying outside but again, not controllable.

Great accommodation. Very central to all things in Gili T. Right beside the ferry harbour. Took no time to check in and out. lovely breakfast delivered to your balcony at time you choose. Nice pool and lovely clean rooms. Staff were very nice and replied to all messages/requests quickly! Will definitely be back again!

AC was on the lowest setting but wasn’t very cold, only a minor thing tho!

the only note is that due to their religion there are prayers ongoing during the night but if you use ear plugs, you will not have any problems.

Accomodation is opposite the pier so super easy to get to and you're right in the action of Gili T. Staff were super friendly and helpful and it was a nice touch that the staff remembered my name and made me feel very welcome. The room and bathroom were a great size and modern. Also, the hotel can arrange things like snorkelling trips and have a bike hire which was super convenient. Overall great value for money!

A bit noisy at night from the surroundings but I expected that so packed earplugs. Also, the water temperature for the shower was a bit temperamental and often just switched from cold to super hot.

Efficient and welcoming staff, helped me out on multiple occasions, even allowed a friend to come and eat breakfast one morning. Lovely pool / garden, clean and comfortable bed and bedroom, yummy breakfast. Good location, right next to harbour. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is close to the harbour and therefore close to the bars / clubs, but it wasn’t too noisy from my room. I was here during Ramadan though, it might be busier at other times.

i wanted an early night sleep. i had my headphones and used sounds to fall asleep but if you dont you will hear the club music on the boardwalk.

It’s a cute little place, the staff where friendly and the rooms are clean. Location couldn’t be closer to the jetty.

The shower ran hot and cold, we heard loud music until the early morning from the club close by and then when that closed the mosque prayers started up loudly so we didn’t get much sleep. Breakfast was very basic.

Location was good for a one night stay as it was just in the alley from the main strip and right across the port. Yet it was not noisy at night to sleep even thought partying was going hard core just couple blocks down. It also had a nice small breakfast, which you could have in the room or by the pool. We went for a smoothie bowl and fresh juice.

Unfortunately cleanliness was not the strong suit. Rubbish from previous guests was not picked up and bedsheets had multiple stains. Pool was also murky and could do with a bit of clean. Hotel also does not have proper coffee and for espresso fanatics like me it’s a big no no. (Fortunately there is a lovely place around the corner where you can get your morning shot!)

Great value for money! A few steps from the harbour, we booked this place for a night to get a feel for the island. The room was clean, comfortable and has everything you need - a TV which had a small range of films, hot water and good pressure too as well as A/C. The manager was great! So helpful and friendly. Washing services are good - really quick turnaround.

keep the bathroom door closed at all times otherwise the mosquitos get in!

The hotel is located right next to the busy port but it feels like a secret garden. Very peaceful, beautiful green patio with a lovely pool. In the evenings you might hear some party music from nearby bars but it’s not too bad, and with an earplug it’s absolutely nothing. Initially I just wanted to stay 1-2 nights here but extended my stay on the island because I enjoyed my stay in the hotel too much. The staff, especially Iwan is fantastic, super nice, helpful and quick to solve problems. There’s room service, even to the pool, so you can feel like a real king/queen. The breakfast is plenty and tasty. I really cannot complain. Probably my favourite hotel so far especially because of the atmosphere.

1 minute away from the ferry so was perfect for our short two night stay. The manager and staff were all lovely and accommodating. It's beautiful. The breakfast was great, made to order at the time you like. Decent Bali coffee. Easy to walk to any of the shops or restaurants.

Loud music from clubs near by. Curtains to outside could block light better.

Air con was not working in my room, staff where trying all evening to get it to work and then I was swapped to a bigger room with stronger air con. Amazing staff and would definitely stay again, breakfast was also very nice. Can be noisy but the entire island is noisy so no getting away from it really and location is so close to the port and beach.

it was so spacious, clean, the bed was comfy, the style was gorgeous. the pool was great, it was so close to everything, like literally a stone throw away. the staff are the best, so helpful, they made my stay, best hotel staff ever, friendly.

nothing everything was amazing

Staff were friendly (Shout-out to Izwan for personally taking care of me). Best location in all of Gili T, easy walk to the hotel om the Gili T port - literally 10 seconds walk straight out of the port. Located central to the night life as well

Located in the very center just by the port but still quite calm (you will still hear a party which is close but not loud, I wore earplugs at ight because I am super sensitive to noise and it was fine). Nice pool. Very nicely furnished rooms, love the style. There is a small sofa on the balcony which is the comfiest outdoor furniture I ever seen, already looking where to buy a similar one to get for my home!

The breakfast was good because you can choose from several options, but for me personally too small (e.g. only one toast cones with eggs). Usually there was no hot water. There were stains on my sheets (probably couldnt be washed), but the sheets still smelled nice.

location was very central, great spot right off the harbour. the pool was great - always clean and perfect temperature. the room was very comfortable, bedding was very fresh and cosy. breakfast was really really good, especially the pancakes. staff assisted in organising a snorkelling trip was we enjoyed a lot. the cafe joint to the hotel had such delicious fresh food which was also available via room service

central location meant that at night we could hear the local nightclub music which was quite loud.

Can be noisy at night if you are a light sleeper. This didn’t bother us. You expect it with the location but it’s so central and ideal for coming on and off the ferry.
