The personal here are the best I’ve ever seen, I’ve been to many Azerbaijani hotels and these personal really love their job and they are happy to server people. I’ve never saw them pissed or angry or annoyed.

The toilet and the shower is not comfortable

We planned to stay in this hotel because the location of the hotel near the embankment and the old town was very important for us. The location of the hotel is first of all good because it allows you to walk to any well-known sights of both the old city and the embankment. Also nearby are a huge number of restaurants and cafes where you can have a delicious lunch, which cannot but rejoice. The hotel itself is in excellent condition: new, comfortable and cozy. The rooms are comfortable and in perfect condition. The hotel restaurant also offers a varied breakfast. Very satisfied with the service and staff, would definitely come back here again!

The front desk staff were amazing and looked out for our comfort and convenience. We had booked a room with twin beds for an overnight stay before our departure-the staff was afraid we'd be cramped and offered to put us in 2 rooms at no extra cost! Ilshan went above and beyond. Their hotel restaurant was closed during our stay; when the children wanted to order food (at midnight🤦‍♀️) while I was asleep, he kindly assisted them, ordered 'halal' burgers, paid the delivery company in cash personally (added it to my room tab of course) and went out of his way to even go get them drinks from the grocery. Bless you! You went above and beyond customer service and I cannot thank you enough.

Great location Nice cozy boutique hotel

The hotel has a very nice location, very close both to a promenade by the sea and to the Old city. The hotel staff was available at any time and immediately adressed all the issues that we had. Can only recommend this hotel

Breakfasts could be sometimes a bit more varied

Help with bags. Breakfast was ok. Location is good.

Early booking was confirmed but we get the last room after 3 pm and they did not give us key for the room. Bed cover was not cleaned well. No enough tissues in toilet.
