I loved the location, in Moiyama Station. I loved the staff. I wanted to live here! There is a good fitness center on 3rd floor, a bit expensive but worth it. This is an outstanding value, looking forward to being in Moriyama and staying again.

The property was clean.

The parking machine caused issue and delay for many guests. Staff did not properly explain how to use the parking tickets.

The staff are very welcoming and make check in very easy. Even with COVID19; the staff make it a painless process to check in. It is located very close to the station. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Bathroom

The general interior of the place was bright making the surroundings look clean and gave a positive feel. There was free bath amenities available and a welcome drink bar at the reception area.. The laundry room had vending machines and a microwave oven for heating food. The hdmi cable slot was conveniently made in front therefore not needing to suffer reaching the back side of the television if you need to connect anything that will use the tv monitor. Certainly something you don’t see in most hotels..

The place was clean but one unfortunate thing was that the filter of the air cleaner was not cleaned and was. Full of dust.. I was with my two kids and the front flap of the air cleaner was just so easy to disattach.. my one year old took it off and we all saw how dusty it was.. even with a hand vacuum the filter would be easy to clean.. especially if underaged guests are coming to stay.. I booked for the superior double room and the picture had a big bed facing the television.. but the room I got was a bed facing a window that looked like the standard double room. I was with my two boys and was just too exhausted to ask about it. Although I was bothered by the possible mistake.. The room was clean and decided to settle early instead.
