Idéalement situé aussi pour les amoureux du golf ! L établissement propose également des soins du corps que nous avons testé avec grand plaisir ainsi que le jacuzzi. Les villas sont propres , lumineuses et très joliment décorées , prestations de qualité !

Unser Aufenthalt im war einfach fantastisch! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, fühlten wir uns von einem unglaublich herzlichen und freundlichen Personal willkommen geheißen. Ihre Hingabe und Ihr Engagement für den Komfort der Gäste waren deutlich spürbar und haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war stets köstlich und von höchster Qualität. Der Koch war nicht nur talentiert, sondern auch äußerst aufmerksam auf die individuellen Wünsche der Gäste. Jede Mahlzeit war ein Genuss, und wir waren beeindruckt von der Vielfalt und Frische der angebotenen Speisen. Die persönliche Betreuung durch die Inhaber war ein echtes Highlight. Sie haben sich um jedes Detail gekümmert und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Ihre freundliche und professionelle Art hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht, und wir waren dankbar für ihre aufmerksame Betreuung. Der Flughafentransfer funktionierte reibungslos und war äußerst bequem. Es war beruhigend zu wissen, dass wir uns auf diesen Service verlassen konnten, um stressfrei zu unserem Ziel zu gelangen. Hassine, unser Taxifahrer, verdient ebenfalls ein besonderes Lob. Er war zuverlässig, nett, herzlich und äußerst aufmerksam, was unseren vielen Taxifahrten und Ausflüge noch angenehmer machte. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war beeindruckend. Jeder Bereich wurde sorgfältig gepflegt, und wir fühlten uns stets wohl und sicher. Sauberkeit ist für uns ein wichtiges Kriterium bei der Auswahl eines Hotels, und hat unsere Erwartungen in dieser Hinsicht übertroffen. Wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und die Gastfreundschaft, den Komfort und die Sauberkeit erneut zu erleben. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für eine unvergessliche Zeit! the property is cosy, with nice view on the Atlas Mountains, great swimming pool, really quiet place

the service is a little bit slow but the staff is really nice

lovey helpful staff, had the hammam and massage in the spa and it was lovely and relaxing, the meals were really nice we were half board. the pool was lovely and clean and the gardens were nice and relaxing. we had mountain suite room and the view was great and we loved the terrace. drinks were reasonably priced too. thank you for a lovely stay we have recommended to family and friends! we also went to Beldi country club and got a day pass there as it is very nice local hotel so location was good for that

location for us wasn’t a problem as we didn’t go in to the centre much and there is a free shuttle in the day, but you have to pay for taxis in evening (about £24 return) if you want to go out in city centre at night

Lovely room, architecture and planting around the hotel, all really elegant and tasteful.

Disappointed that the taxi/driver that we had booked via booking.com/the hotel did not turn up at the airport. We waited around in the heat unable to work out what had happened. We finally arranged an expensive cab ourselves. Apparently this was something to do with Ramadan but the hotel did not let us know that the driver had cancelled.

Could of been a bit more choice for breakfast steak meal was delicious

The location of the hotel is outside of the city so we spent quite a bit of money every day on taxis - around £30 return. Breakfast was nice but would be good if there was more variety.

Fantastic place for a relaxing break. Lovely staff always happy to help. Great, big pool, water a bit cold. Good food at the restaurant. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily. Very nice breakfast with lots of pastries and breads.

Furniture and doors in the room felt on the cheaper side. Decoration in the rooms felt a bit cold. It’s quite far outside of Marrakesh but they offer daily free shuttles.

It was a very clean and well-managed property. The staff were always available and ready to help with anything; from food to taxis to massages. Enjoyed every minute being there

The villa was beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff were exceptional. They couldn't do enough for us. They even arranged a birthday cake and present for my partner
