The location was perfect. Well stocked kitchen.

The 2 bathrooms upstairs are en-suite. The other bathroom is downstairs. This worked fine for us as a family but might be tricky if you’re with a group of friends.

The house is nice, quirky, large and comfortable. Its Well equipped in a decent location. Out the way but not far from things when driving.

The WiFi is terrible, even from the lounge which is a few meters away from the router. The speed was showing as 2mb download which meant I was unable to do any work from my laptop in the property without having to wait ten minutes for my Internet or emails to load or failing altogether after waiting. I tried using my phone as a hotspot but because of the area its in, signal on my phone was equally as bad. The pictures of the property show an office table with a laptop on with booking.com. Unfortunately for myself, the table isn't there and has been replaced with a leather chair and no office suitable table. Lastly, the property was very cold morning and night. No sign of a thermostat and the boiler was locked away behind a door. We didn't feel we should be having to message the owners to ask them to keep the place warm at appropriate hours at least ( in the morning and evening ). This place will be lovely on all fronts in the summer but in the winter for a working person that needs good WiFi it struggles to be suitable.

location was fantastic, my English family had joked about Sleaford being in the middle of no ware but actually worked out great, Sleaford is a beautiful market town close to Linkon and trains 1hr to london and york

wish pub was a little closer but really no complaints about cottage, worked great for two single adults and three typical teenagers, the only issue we had was downstairs shower drain didn't work well, but didn't affect are stay.

The accommodation was situated in beautiful quiet countryside and very easy to find. The house was large and very well presented with oodles of character. A lot of thought has gone into making guests comfortable. I definitely plan to go there again as it was so relaxing.
