The stay was good, good breakfast, rooms were clean and quite spacious. location was close to orchard road. All good enjoyed my stay. very friendly and helpful staffs.

Very large room, with a comfortable bed. Believe the hotel was full though I had a quiet stay. In the downstairs area, there were tea and coffee facilities plus soft drinks available, which were a really nice touch. Location is on a fairly quiet road, only a short walk to the MRT station and malls. Staff were really welcoming on arrival and with booking taxis on departure. They were all very courteous. One receptionist was so kind helping me with my multiple bags, and giving me a smart bag to keep my coat clean while they were storing my luggage. On arrival, the air con in my room wasn't working. It transpired they needed an engineer who was at another site, so given that it was really late and I'd had a long flight, we agreed the engineer would sort it out in the morning. Swapping rooms unfortunately wasn't an option due to it being full, though the staff did offer to bring up a fan. The engineers sorted this out the next morning as soon as I went to reception. The receptionist was really nice - there was another issue in the bathroom so after the engineer said it had been fixed (but it still seemed to be faulty), she came upstairs to look at it and take a video and communicate with him directly herself to fix it.

The ceiling could have done with being repainted - did wonder if the room had had a damp issue or a leak in the past from the marks on the ceiling. On arrival, the room felt damp though this could've been due to the air con being off.

Wonderful staff that went the extra mile to make us feel welcome . Lovely pillows, comfortable bed . Loved the Kevin Murphy products in bathroom. Offered all day snacks , coffee & tea . Great to have .

The sauna was not heated enough and disappointing .

We booked 3 nights in Singapore on the way to see family in New Zealand. We didn't realise what a great choice the Quincy Hotel would be... just off Orchard Road, so walking distance to midpoint for a stroll out and a drink of an evening... The staff were fabulous! Attentive, but not too much, helpful, polite, friendly, and charming. They suggested vegan restaurants we might like, made special canapés in the evening, gifted us Quincy teddy bears for our grandchildren and took the time out to write a handwritten note to accompany the gift.. I've stayed all over the world and visited 40 countries some many times and rarely if ever have I found the hotel staff specifically or people generally as welcoming and kind as in Singapore 🇸🇬 The breakfast was excellent, coffee available all day, the room had everything we need including a bath and all the complimentaries were great. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym, with robes, slippers, towels and sunbeds...20 minutes (ish) to botanical gardens, china town, quayfront or airport, whichever way your going..breakfast was served until 3pm if you need to adjust to local time! So, a great hotel, especially for a shorter stay, would highly recommend 👌
