Location, clean rooms and very spacious. Excellent location

perfect location near the beach and bars/restaurants, friendly staff, gorgeous pool and snack bar area. the rooms were spacious and spotless clean - rooms were tidied and given clean towels daily! couldn't recommend it enough

they took a €10 deposit for everything we borrowed from reception eg. towels and iron/ironing board....that was slightly inconvenient

Booked this property after our holiday in Rhodes got cancelled, and what a great alternative! Loved being able to get into the room early on arrival & we enjoyed our stay here. Was sceptical we would hear a lot of noise being the first room out of the lift but we didn’t hear much at all. A lovely, quiet hotel.

No late checkout given as hotel was full, yet did not see a large amount of people checking in before we left at 6pm. So maybe we could have kept the room for longer. More than one shower room for late departures needed in this instance as someone was in when we really needed to get ready.

Fabulous apartment in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet and relaxing atmosphere, no mad rush to put towels on sun loungers. Would definitely stay here again, we had a great holiday.

The breakfast was fine I had eggs on.toast or bacon.on toast which I would have at home. I'm coeliac so I had gluten free bread which was great. It would be nice if they had a bigger menu a few more options like fruit or yogurt

They only changed the sheets on the bed once. The walls in.the appartment must be thin as we could hear the people next door talking till the early hours.We were woken at 6am one morning with some young people coming back.from a nightclub making a lot of noise for about an hour

Bathroom: the design of the bathroom door lining up with the shower door. It's difficult to use the toilet when the bathroom door is open / bathroom sink was clogged but fixed it the day when it requested Beds: It would be ideal for two people who don't want to sleep next to each other but since I went with my partner, I wish the beds were more sturdy and mounted to the wall

Location of the hotel is fantastic , two from the front desk agent a young lady and gentleman were very helpful

i don't know why this hotel got a very high rate, the only good part was the location If i wanted to use the facility of the place like the pool they charge 10 Euro incase i lost the towel and if i want another clean towel i will have to pay 2 euro each time they provide me with a new clean towel Towels in the rooms are very dirty and they dont change it until i kept nagging Bed sheet and duvet along with the pillow had some dirt (spots) in it. I have use the cup of coffee and they did not bother to clean it I have left some coffee drips on the table, it remained their until i checked out from the hotel I asked for a slippers the front desk lady who wears glasses was very rude she said this is not a hotel its an apartment They dont clean the floors nor they change the bed sheets Incase i lost the key card i will have to pay for it

Beautifully renovated, comfortable hotel with lovely staff. very comfortable clean rooms with huge bed and balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

lights on the balcony are on a timer and don’t switch off until midnight making the room rather bright when you want to sleep before midnight.
