Las camas son muy cómodas. El personal del hotel muy amable.

Se ve que es un hotel que vivió tiempos mejores. Las fotos no son nada actuales, ya que a las habitaciones les hace falta una mano de pintura y un cambio de muebles. La limpieza muy regulera, encontramos muchas pelusas y pelos tanto en la habitación como en el baño. La azotea muy descuidada, jacuzzi que no funcionaba con agua estamcada. La ubicación, si bien se llega en taxi en 5-10 min al centro de Georgetown, está algo alejada para ir andando.

The location.

There was NO wifi in the family room at level 4. The air-conditioning for multiple rooms were very bad. My family in another room, had to move the bed in front of the Aircon. The whole lobby Aircon was terrible. The kid's place area had NO Aircon and it was an enclosed heated area when the sun shines in. When we needed an extra card (since we had a family room, they said they didn't have any more cards). The evening staff and afternoon staff did not liaise properly/ one of them did not enter in the system. They wanted to take double deposits from our bookings. Our family room, the shower mixer for hot and cold was mixed up so we had such hot water for so long and could not bathe until the maintenance guy came and told us the switch. We wanted to pay for our room by credit card but their credit card terminal was spoiled at first. In the evening, it some how was repaired or the earlier staff did not now how to use it. Who would bring so much cash with all the e payments available?

Wifi very slow connection. Not clean. Toilet got mold everywhere. Shower gel shampoo not good at all,

The location was good, close to the main bus station, malls and places to eat. The staff were friendly, the reception area was a nice place to meet friends or family. They had a water cooler to fill up water bottles. The blue lights surrounding the beds were neat.

The room we had was on the road side so you could hear the traffic at night. The neighbours door were right next to ours so you could hear them coming and going. The shower didn't drain very well when having a shower. You had to use your key card to turn on the air conditioning so when you return to your room after spending the day out it was hot. The blue lights showed up the dust that was on the floor by the beds. The fridge felt warm and we weren't sure if stayed on all the time.

Too smelly. Too many cockroaches. Bad design for bathroom
