Die Außenanlagen und die zwei Pools, sowie die Aussicht vom Balkon. Von meiner Frau muss ich noch extra den Salat beim frühstück erwähnen. Das Frühstück hat sich gezogen, da gabs einen Salat nach dem anderen 😅 obwohl die Auswahl wirklich riesig und vielfältig ist. Das frisch gemachte Omelett war auch top.

Das Hotel ist gut hat aber stark nachgelassen.

Bis auf die Rezeption, hat die Freundlichkeit im Vergleich zu früher nachgelassen. Das Frühstück ist auch schlechter geworden. Wird schlecht geführt. Wir haben den Vergleich, waren drei mal in diesem Hotel.

Fue una gran experiencia. La recepción fue muy agradable, la habitación es amplia, rodeada de zonas verdes (parece que estás en medio de la jungla). Está lleno de monos, es divertidísimo. Tenía dos piscinas, una de ellas infinitas con vistas al mar

Ik vond de prijskwaliteit wel wat aan de hoge kent. Resort wel Wat verouderd en op sommige plekken niet zo goed onderhouden.

Direkt an der Anlegestelle von der Fähre . schöne Pools . Vor allem der Rooftop pool der abends bis 9 auf ist . Abenteuerliche Affen und Warane vor dem Balkon .

Frühstück war nix besonderes . Kaffee wie so oft schmeckte nicht . Auch der gekaufte war nix . Unser Zimmer war eher älter . Unbedingt Deluxe buchen wenn man Neubau wohnen möchte .

Rooms were decent and clean. Rooftop pool was nice although the other pool suffered from the sewage smell. In a good location though short walk to Railay West where the restaurant and beach are (this area doesn't smell). Breakfast was decent but nothing special.

Bathroom rather old and dingy. Hotel smelt like sewage which was really unpleasant.

We love the location, the rooms, and the staff are like family!

1. Рядом с нашим номером шли строительные работы. Каждый день днем стучали и пилили. В номере все прекрасно слышно. 2. Вода из под крана соленая, я так понимаю с этой стороны острова во всех отелях так. 3. Отключали воду на полчаса именно в то время, когда все приходят с моря и принимают душ. 4. Кондиционер очень громкий, возможно на 1 скорости он чуть тише, но у нас на ней он не работал совсем. А на 2 ревел, как самолет. 5. В номере есть ванна. Но нет горячей воды. 6. В детском клубе москиты. 7. Не работал верхний душ.

Location was great. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet was nice & plenty of options. 2 pools nice & clean, sunbeds were comfy. Room was large, lots of space with balcony. So many monkeys though, can’t leave anything outside to dry. Monkeys took 2 pieces of clothing but we got it out of the tree.

Beds & pillows were so hard, we didn’t sleep for 4 nights, napped at the pool. Worst beds & pillows in all our travels including rustic accommodation on a few islands. Appalling really for a 3atar hotel. We had to sleep on our quilts & use our travel blow up pillows. Bathroom had a trickle of warm water & never hot. Air con was super noisy & not good. The kicker was 1 key per room which is ridiculous for 2 people who aren’t together all day. Never seen this before in all my travels.

The location of the hotel is great for the area. Our room had a fabulous view of one of the resort swimming pools and a man made lake. The breakfasts you get are very good. It’s good value for money considering the rates for other resorts on Railay Beach. The rooftop pool is really awesome and we watched birds, monkeys and bats from the location- spectacular! Please note that you need to arrange transportation to get to isolated Railay Beach. If you arrive in Krabi after 6pm you probably need the resort to help coordinate this and it costs 1500 baht!

The thing about the smell that you read in other reviews is real. However, it did not impact us in our room. You can definitely smell it walking around the grounds. Also the resort has areas where they look like they are fixing/updating things, so there are places that resemble construction zones or random piles of furniture. The room we stayed in (Building 4) seemed older than the ones closer to the lobby (it’s a big resort!) The room itself felt a bit dated, but was comfortable and functional.

Second swimming pool just renewed and very nice. Service at the breakfast buffet improved. We liked the varieties.

Very bad smell outside along the buildings, like a sewers... We had one room that had double door connection in between, and lack of wall made really noisy sometimes from the neighbors.

1. **Electrical Hazards:** We experienced dangerously poor electrical conditions. I was actually shocked by an exposed wire, evidence of which is shown in the attached photo. 2. **Unsanitary Bathroom:** The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with mold, fungus, rust, and other forms of dirt present. I've attached a photo for reference. 3. **Neglected Cleaning:** We found someone else's cosmetics under the bed alongside accumulated dust. 4. **Poor Room Conditions:** Despite being offered four different rooms, all of them had cleanliness issues, including hair found under the shower. A photo of this is also attached. 5. **General Uncleanliness:** There were trash - empty plastic bootels on the sun roof - and a noticeable smell of stale water on the way to the pool. 6. **Health Concerns:** My two-year-old daughter developed a fever of 38.9°C, which we managed to control. However, I suffered severe fever and pain, leading to hospitalization. The doctor indicated that this rapid onset of symptoms might be linked to the air conditioning unit. I recived antybiotics injection and ongoing 7 days anybiotic therepy. 7. **Early Departure:** Due to these conditions, we were compelled to leave the hotel the night after checking in, as soon as we found alternative accommodation. with all this hotel did not give us money back! For context, this was our fifth hotel in Thailand. We have seen that hotels here can maintain high standards of cleanliness, which makes our experience at your property even more disappointing.

Everything in this area is walkable, no matter where you stay. This hotel had nice pools and decent breakfast

Die Lage auf der Halbinsel Railay und ein Traum. Auch wenn man nur mit dem Boot hin kommt, lohnt sich die Fahrt allemal. Von Waranen bis Affen sieht man alles. Zum schwimmen und schnorcheln ideal. Kleiner toller Ort. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war perfekt. Die beiden Pools waren ausreichend.

Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war super laut. Mit Klima unerträglich, ohne Klima viel zu warm. Ich habe kaum geschlafen. Das war wirklich der einzige Minuspunkt. Im hinteren Bereich der Hotelanlage hat es stark nach Abwasser gerochen. Davon waren wir aber nur auf dem Weg zum hinteren Pool oder Strand betroffen.

Gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal, großes Frühstücksbuffet

Wir hatten zwei unterschiedliche Zimmer. Zuerst das Superior Zimmer: im Erdgeschoss gelegen, es hat sehr muffig gerochen. Das Bad war eine Katastrophe, alle Fugen schwarz, der Toilettensitz braun verfärbt. Die Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert. In der zweiten Nacht das Deluxe Zimmer: deutlich angenehmeres Raumklima, aber von draußen vom Treppenaufgang ist ein bestialischer Geruch nach Latrine hergezogen, der auch das Verweilen auf dem Balkon unmöglich gemacht hat. Insgesamt wirkt die Anlage nur semi gut in Schuss. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist nicht sauber. Für diesen Preis würde ich nicht wiederkommen!

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll… in unserer mehrwöchigen Rundreise durch Thailand war das das Schlechteste und dreckigste Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Es war alles dreckig und das komplette Bad hat nach Urin gestunken. Der Schimmel im kompletten Zimmer und die Blutspritzer von jemandem der wahrscheinlich Nasenbluten hatte zierten den ganzen Raum. Die „Klimaanlage“ stinkt nach totem Tier und Schimmel, weshalb das gesamte Zimmer mieft. Der Geruch geht auch nicht durch lüften raus… Sobald man lüftet kommt der übelste Kloakengeruch aus der Hotelanlage. Wir hatten sogar die bessere Zimmerkategorie im Neubau… Ich will nicht wissen wie die anderen Zimmer aussehen. Das Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch. Jegliche Tee/Kaffee/ etc. müssen teuer dazu erworben werden und die Qualität des Essens ist auch nicht sonderlich gut. Die Putzfrau hat in unserem Zimmer lieber Fernsehen geschaut, anstatt dies zu säubern. Wir haben diese zufällig überrascht. Das gesamte Personal war sehr unaufmerksam und hat entweder volle Getränke vom Tisch abgeräumt oder keine neuen mehr gebracht. Wir waren wirklich froh, als wir hier nach 2 Nächten weiter konnten.

Moje pokoje były na parterze od strony dziedzińca i były słabo doświetlone. Nie miało to dla mnie większego znaczenia, ale może dla kogoś mieć. Szkoda, że dla 3 osób musiałem rezerwować 2 pokoje.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in so many ways. If you're looking to stay somewhere where you can make treasured memories, then book the Railay Princess Resort. The resort is on Railay, just a short boat ride away from Krabi, and I have never stayed on a more beautiful island. The views from the resort are beautiful. The rooms were OK. I think they are slightly dated, especially the bathroom - but I would still visit this resort again. Wild monkeys visit the property, so be careful leaving your clothes out on your balcony! (We had a monkey run off with one of our swimming costumes!) The staff are amazing and helped us book excursions. They also organised our airport transfer and made everything a really easy experience for us.

The bathroom was outdated and quite dark. There was a smell of sewage occasionally when walking to our hotel room, but not sure if this could be avoided as this smell was apparent across the island every now and then.

The rooms were huge, airy, and with great comforts. The location is phenomenal and so close to the most beautiful beaches imaginable. Staff were wonderful and the restaurant was great - amazing breakfast buffet. Roof top pool was also gorgeous. And there were monkeys!

I stayed here 15 years ago so I was happy to stay in the new building. It was prettier than the old ones. Breakfast was great; air conditioning in the room was good; rooftop pool was relaxing and not too crowded

Honestly..you should have a running water station in the lobby so you can fill up your water bottle anytime during the day. When I asked to fill my water bottle they were going to charge me $100 baht. Technically since we were paying for breakfast everyday, I didn’t feel I should have to pay for the water.
