We tried the surfing lessons and loves it. Also the common area kitchen was very nice. Pool was nice.

It was very clean. The AC was great. The small pool was very clean. The location was close to stores and the beach.

We loved the tranquility even if it’s close to the beach & downtown Jacó. The cleanliness of the kitchen & rooms & the proximity to Céline (the host) & all the other travelers. This place is AWESOME! The pool is in the sun all day & very nice to hang out at. There is a convenience store close by too. There is a great chance to see red macaws in the tree right next to the hotel!

What more can u want? Room larger than expected. Very clean. Nice Bathroom, hot water. Friendly, helpful, smiling staff. A little pool, a kitchen u can use. In the room ample space to leave bag, clothes and things, table+chair, bedsidetable with lamp, complementary shampoo and soap, full size mirror, extra blanket if cold, toilet paper folded to antip, fresh blossoms as decoration, tv, little fridge, coffee machine, complementary coffee, tea, sugar, AC AND fan! Location less than 5 minutes walking distance from Jaco center but away from the noise. I habe not been to other places in Jaco but I dare them to best this..

Celine was an amazing host, we felt very safe, happy and satisfied during our stay- she helped us out with everything and we had some great conversations. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It was wonderful to have a little swim in the pool in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend this place.

The surf lesson with Soll was amazing! Walkable distance to the beach, extraordinary theoretical part, fun and safe practice. Definitely recommend it.

Great location, very nice staff, pool area, spacious room with free coffee, clean...we came back a few days later because we liked it so much :-)

Nothing really. The only thing: we stayed 2 nights but the room was not cleaned after the first night which I felt was a but unusual for a hotel. But thus was not a big issue.

This place is exactly as described. Very nice! Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower was very clean and everything worked great. Kitchen and common area are well stocked with everything you need to relax, work or prepare a meal. Pool was clean. Coffee and Tea is always available. The location for us was great. Parking right in front. Quiet and safe area of Jaco but an easy 5 minute walk into town. Only about 3 minutes to the beach as well. Celine and Angela were great host! Very accommodating! We did have to pay with cash but this was not a big deal for us at all and wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. The bank was easy walking distance.

Lovely room with comfortable bed. Warm shower. Small fridge and coffee maker. Separate well equipped kitchen and lounge for guests.Nice small pool and recliners in the garden. Owner Celine very friendly and helpful. Close to beach, restaurants, supermarket etc . We took 2 trips, one to crocodile and bird tour, and one to ariel jungle with cable cars. Would highly recommend both. We are not surfers so cannot comment on the surf school.

This is nothing to do with Perico Azul, but Jaco itself. Partner and I went to several restaurants in Jaco walk. We received grudging slow service, whereas the ticos were being served quickly and pleasantly. We visited just before Easter which is a major celebration in Costa Rica. Jaco is a lovely town if you are ticos!

The Perico Azul is an awesome place for everyone who is looking for a place to surf and relax! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Jacó, the hotel offers a relaxed atmosphere with the inner patio, pool and hammock. The beach is only a couple of minutes away, and so are the restaurants, yoga studio and supermarkets. Celine is an awesome host, always friendly and supporting in whatever you might need. There's fresh coffee and fruit in the morning for the surfers. The kitchen is super handy and perfectly equipped for cooking. I loved my week here, thanks Celine for everything :)
