The location was close to some of must see areas in Athens. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Hostel offered an exciting bar crawl tour that was really fun. And the bathroom area was clean.

Bed’s cover sheet was from a noisy fabric, so I could not toss and turn as much as I wanted.

The space was very clean, organised and spacious. Bathrooms were very clean constantly, and the room was excellent and great value. Location was wonderful. The nearest station is a 2 minute walk (Monastiraki) and when you get off the train and onto the street, you can immediately see the Acropolis. Staff were helpful and lovely. There was a bar and cafe with great drinks. Wonderful resteraunts nearby, and a great vibe. Can't recommend enough and I'll be going back again one day!

Location was perfect and in general it was clean and new.

I had put a request for a lower bed and upon arrival i was told that they don't have one available. I had booked 3 weeks prior and still they didn't care to take notice of my request. I have fear of heights and therefore it is too difficult for me to go to the upper bunk bed. I explained that to them and all they had to offer was a mixed dormitory. They kept saying that lower bed is only available in mixed. I had booked female one with 4 beds. They also had female with 6 beds and i saw in booking many beds were available in those, but yet they kept lying to me and telling me to go to mix if i wanted to have lower bed. Worst experience of hostel i ever had in my life and i do travel a lot. They made me feel so uncomfortable, i never felt like this before in a hotel or hostel. I really don't get the high ratings. My experience was awful. I had to leave the hostel and find another place at night! They didn't even return my money, they charged me one of the two nights on top of that.

It's central so take your ear plugs if you want to catch some sleep. (Also, out of the control of the staff but a bit more frustrating, unfortunately you cannot choose noisy roommates with no friendly etiquette in the middle of the night)

The location was very good

The only downside was that they didn't have a kitchen and there weren't separate bathrooms for women and men

I like the location , is very convenient and strategy. Just about 7 min walk to metro station. The front desk staff is very kind. They provide free 1 day of luggage store as i flly to Santorini without bringing my big luggage.

They don't provide towel. Nor the shower gel or shampoo. It will be great if they are able to provide the hair dryer at the common area or may be i musst ask from the counter.
