Beautiful property!

Perfect house for family with kids! Spacious kitchen, family room and bedrooms. We all loved the classic freestanding arcade machine and hot tub! The house was clean, well equipped and kid friendly. Excellent location in South Lake Tahoe. The management company was responsive and friendly too. Great get away!

This property was perfect for our three-generation family get-together. There was enough space for both grandparents and toddler grandchildren to enjoy themselves. The living room had enough room for everyone and we all enjoyed the fireplace and the windows into the back yard.

Beautiful home with lots of amenities. We loved the video game console, shuffleboard table and hot tub. Great house to stay in for my husband’s birthday with friends.

This property was just as advertised. The house was spacious and comfortable with lots of fun activities. The house was clean and tidy in a great location/neighborhood. House rules were clear and concise and communication with property managers was easy. I would recommend this house to any group looking to stay in South Lake Tahoe.

The house was awesome for our family of 6! Plenty of space and so clean! Nice family room and game room with an open concept if cooking. The bedrooms were so comfortable we plan on buying duvets similar to the ones on all the beds. The backyard was fun for all ages with outdoor seating, bbq, hot tub, and games for the kids.

My golf buddies stayed here for a tournament and enjoyed our stay. The location was good -- it was 12 minutes from the casinos and walking distance to the High Meadows Trail. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and using the grill. The master bed was awesome, and much better than other beds I've slept on. Some minor issues included the glass backdoor made it a pain to go in and out of the backyard (it ended up being damaged), upstairs bathroom faucets only had warm water, the rustic wood furniture wasn't very comfortable. The garage was large enough for my Tundra, but not wide enough for 2 large vehicles.

Our stay at this property was perfect for our group of 7 adult women. The management team was very organized, and prompt with responses. They had a guide book to the house in the foyer and other helpful signs and tips for vacationing in the area, as well as fresh towels in each room and hand soap each bathroom. If I needed anything I could reach them via text as well which was super convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.

We ended up going in a record snowfall year, so there was a little window leaking and other snow difficulties. Unfortunately the hot tub broke the final night, but working with the RnR team trying to troubleshoot was a great customer experience. We went to Heavenly, the North Shore, and the short (10 minute) drive down to town for dinner and fun at the casinos. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoy this house a lot for a long weekend with snow in Tahoe The place was super nice, really practical and close to most things we needed. The area is really calm too. And for snow, there was an amazing sledding hill just down the road which was amazing for the kids

This home was huge and perfect for a double family with kids/ teens. Great location and very clean and modern. The property rental company was communicating and very kind. Will be staying here again.

We LOVED this property! We were a group of 12, with 5 adults and 7 kids ranging between 3 – 15 years old. The property shows as well in person as it does in the photos. We went in December, and the snow was MAJESTIC. The back and front yards were covered/piled in snow, and the kids (and even us adults) enjoyed hours of playing in it! The house is extremely spacious, and the heating warmed the house up perfectly! The house was clean, rustic, and overall everything we hoped the house rental would be! We made so many great memories here and would consider returning. The management agency was FANTASTIC! Very responsive and very customer-focused. Absolutely have no complaints on that front. Really, we have no “complaints” at all; however, there are a few items/issues that could be improved upon for an almost perfect experience: 1) The knives were dull and needs to be replaced and/or sharpened. 2) The cookware (skillets and pans) has seen better days and needs to be updated/replaced. 3) Every cabinet in the kitchen had items in them, and the pantry was not made available for our dry food items. As a group of 12, we brought a significant amount of food with us, and all of the dry items had to sit out in bags and tubs because there wasn’t sufficient space to place them in cabinets/pantry. 4) Lastly, the dish soap provided didn’t clean very well, a better quality dish soap should be considered. Again, none of the above items deterred from a great vacation at this beautiful house. Oh, and did I mention the free arcade video game was a HUGE HIT with us all… every last one of us enjoyed playing. Thanks for a great stay!

Located close enough to Stateline but just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. We had plenty of room for comfort and there were more than enough beds for all. There were a few minor hiccups with the Hot Tub and Wifi, but the issues were worked through and problem solved by the property managers very efficiently.

Knowing the house was not cleaning up after a previous customer, we simply asked for a 1 hour earlier check-in as we had flown in with an infant who was extremely tired. No luck there. The charge to rent a portable crib and high chair were ridiculous! Recliner was broken in the living room and left in the extended position. Shelf in living room collapsed in the middle of the night. Only had three prongs to keep it fitted in the spot. Dried up spaghetti was found on the kitchen floor. Cigarette butt was found in upstairs bedroom. Garage door broke on night one and they assumed we had left it open and a bear broke it. Nope, garage was confirmed closed and door locked when we went to bed. If a bear entered, certainly he would have gotten in to the garbage! Small incidents but to be accused of leaving the garage open was ridiculous. For the amount they charge to rent and clean this place, you'd think they would be a bit more friendly and accommodating.

Had a great time at this property. Very quiet in the neighborhood. Tons of space in the house and unlike some other properties I have stayed at this was fully stocked all around. Arcade game they have in the house was a blast. backyard is spacious and beautiful. Management company was very easy to contact and work with which made the trip that much better. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to just have a relaxing time.

Stayed here for a 3 day golf trip. House was in very good condition. Beds were comfortable. Great location.

This home is stunning and well kept! Super clean and all towels were folded waiting on the bed for each guest. Beds were extremely comfortable! This property is perfect for coming home to relax in after a long day on the trails! Great backyard and extremely quiet neighborhood! Close to trails, lake, spa, and grocery store. 10/10!

It had the perfect amount of space for 6 adults and 5 kids under 5. We never felt like we were crowded and there was plenty of space for the kids to be kids. The location was in great proximity to Heavenly as well as a short drive to many beaches. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
