Stayed in the caravan with my mum on 10th March and took my dogs. The caravan was nicely presented and clean. All the basics that you needed - Microwave , gas oven and hob , large fridge/freezer. Very specious lounge/kitchen/dining area with big television. Easy to operate boiler so plenty of hot water and it was quick to warm when we turned the heating on- very cosy indeed. We had good communication from the owner and she has left helpful instructions on how to operate boiler, TV etc. The site is huge and took some time to orientate. I can’t comment on the leisure facilities etc on the site as we did not use them. The site is very very quiet in March which suited us. Clacton beach is not far in the car and great for letting the dogs to run free on especially at this time of year as hardly anyone about. I would very much recommend this caravan and hope to come back again as we had such a nice time there.

Few spiders here and there, apart from that, the place is clean, cosy and nice.

Very nice a nice park next to the house for kids to play and a beach pritty close.

Lovely caravan spacious downside kitchen equipment not cleaned kettle full of limescale toaster full of crumbs and mould dining table fully displayed with cutlery and plates But dirty with crumbs and stains no offence to owner down to the cleaner not cleaning properly apart from thatThe caravan was lovely we had a lovely weekend

We found good and bad points to this caravan. It was lovely and spacious. The open areas were fairly clean. However, there were cobwebs in the kitchen cupboard and a pair of old socks also in the kitchen cupboard (we couldn’t get our heads around why someone had stored socks in the kitchen or how the cleaner hadn’t seen them 🤷🏻‍♀️). The duvets were lovely and comfy. The park was very, very loud at all times of the day and night - not the owners fault at all, but just an observation! The fridge doesn’t work properly - the cream and yoghurts at the front curdled, while the cucumber at the back froze. I did report this on our first night, but nothing was done to rectify it. We took our dog and the Brook Country Park almost opposite was lovely. Good selection of DVDs - not that we watched any! Very good for the price and we had a nice time - the fridge will become more and more of a problem as the weather heats up though!

Turned up, opened the door and was amazed at the layout of the van, clean tidy and very easy to use. Will definitely be booking again.

went out early most days come back tea time nice van clean and tidy problem with shower to hot couldnt turn it down pipe on shower needs replacing but a very nice stay.

The caravan was spacious, accessible to the main road and clean except the throw pillow cases. The central heating was a good help on the time we stayed but the water in the shower was really hot. We emailed the owner about the issues and asked for advise but no response. We turned off the water thermostat or even the central heating as well as the knob on the shower and still the water was very hot and not safe to use. But the water in the sink both in the toilets and kitchen were all fine. Except that issue, we enjoyed our stay!

If I was to stay at clacton again this would be the place to stay, nice few days away thank you once again

Caravan, location, and communication with owner was excellent, and hope to go again I future, not that far from town centre, near to Tesco, and petrol station as well as other stores

Van fine ,clean,c.heating for a few hours in the morning.

We have a really nice time and stay The caravan was clean very equipped kitchen place is closed to the town and supermarkets Michelle is really accommodating highly recommended and will definitely go Back again.

We were at Michelle/Karla`s caravan for a long weekend. Carvan is very clean and comfortable. We had great time there and communication with Karla smooth and friendly. If we go to Clacton on Sea again and their caravan is free we will definitely book it again. Thank you! Nadia and Banny

Stayed for 4 nights it was lovely didnt want to leave. Kids loved it. Place booking for swimming on arrival as it will be fully booked for swimming. Beach only 7 mins drive away. Lots to do.
