The location of the rental is in a quiet area on Caye Caulker. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Property is well kept and clean. Loved the dock. The bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, the kitchen & bathrooms are well equipped.
To my surprise, guests must climb up 3 significant flights of stairs to enter the unit. To get to the pool, one must also climb a number of stairs.
We were traveling with my parents who are both in their 80’s - they have extreme difficulty with stairs as their mobility is limited. Maybe I missed this when making our reservation, but, I would suggest adding the information about the 3 flights of stairs to the description of the unit. It was VERY challenging for my parents to maneuver up and down these stairs on a daily basis. We tried to move to another unit that suited our specific needs, but none were available at the time we were in Caye Caulker. Please take into consideration when booking that this rental is definitely not for those with physical limitations or wheelchair accessible.

Excellent location, fabulous dock and cabana on the water, beautiful pool, and great penthouse. We had a lovely time here and would recommend very highly.

We stayed here with three couples and it was a great space. We had some nice common areas to hang out together, but each couple also had their own bedroom/bathroom. One of the showers didn't have great water pressure, but that was the only small issue we encountered.
The property was great and we all really enjoyed lounging in the dock.

The friendly staff was very helpful in dining options. We rented a golf cart during our stay and went all over both North and South Island. The balcony was spacious and was our go to everyday. Very neat and clean. Highly recommend.

We needed to “go slow” and and we sure got to. We loved the dock and palapa. Had a swim in the ocean and the great pool every day. Staff/hosts friendly and helpful. View off the balcony is phenomenal. Will definitely come back.

What a great spot. The place was spotless and had everything you could need for a short or long stay. The host arranged pick up from the water taxi for us which was super convenient. The staff were so kind and helpful. We loved it!

We stayed at the Valento Penthouse #5 for 4 nights and LOVED it! Place was beautiful, it looked just like the pictures and was as described. Staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely come back!

We rented #5 3 bedroom 3 bathroom from Valento Rentals. It suited our party of 8 perfectly. One of my friends arrived early and was able to get into the condo just fine. Victoria showed us the property when we arrived. The condo provided complimentary 5 gallon filtered water and had a full refrigerator with ice trays for making ice. It was very clean. The dock was a great place to lay out and we took advantage of the free paddle boards and kayaks. They also provide a golf cart and bikes you can rent. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. Debbie, the owner was very helpful as well. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a blast. The staff was helpful, place was very clean, we walked most places and felt safe on the island. Would definately suggest! Was a great time. We rented a golf cart however in hindsight we don’t feel it was necessary.

The online pictures did it no justice at all. It was a luxurious place located in paradsie. I will definitely reserve rooms at the Velento again.

We stayed in Velento #1 for two weeks and it was by far the best location on the island. Beautiful ocean view, amazing rooms, and friendly staff. I would 100% stay here again! We went through a hurricane during our stay and the staff was on it… boarded up all the windows and moved us to a safer unit. Then literally the next day everything was cleaned up, unboarded, and we moved back to our ocean view. Very professional outfit. Thank you Velento, we will be back!!!

The property was super nice and completely met our needs for our group that went on a dive trip. The staff was so helpful and made sure we had everything. Caye Caulker is just a fun island and the place was an easy walk to everything. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful week. The unit was perfect for the five of us and in great shape. My grandson loved the pool as did we and the balcony looked over the pool — perfect. The manager Don cooked a great dinner on might and we cooked and ate in a few others — the kitchen was great and the open plan made it a great place to hang out. This was especially nice because we had an unusual about of rain during the week. The the units are on the beach and the dock in front was terrific to swim and sit in the sun when out. We also were only ten minutes walk to town which made it easy to go back and forth to eat or shop. I never saw another place on the island that came close.

We absolutely loved our unit. It was a perfect size for our family. We had 7 people staying in the house and we had plenty of space. The staff on site was great, very helpful. We loved the location too, close to town to explore what the island has to offer. The pool was very nice as well. I would highly recommend this for a family trip or a couples trip. There's plenty of room for 3 couples to stay with the option to have 3 king beds and the 2 sofa sleepers. Very clean, nice units with great views of the ocean or pool. We'd definitely go back!

I can’t say enough about this property. The owner and staff were fantastic with information provided through this whole trip. The property was beautiful, clean and so well maintained. This was my second trip to Caye Caulker and it was just as perfect and relaxing as the first. This was just an amazing vacation for me, my fiancé and our 4 children. If we ever get a chance to return, we will definitely stay in the Velento rentals. They are perfection with a view.

I stayed at VeLento Rentals in March of 2020 with 4 other adults. We LOVED our stay here! We were so comfortable - the rooms were amazing, each having our own bathroom. The location was perfect, as it's still in walking distance to everything you need, but it's far enough away from all the noise that it's peaceful and relaxing. The private dock was awesome! The kitchen had everything you needed and more! The staff were amazing! We felt so cared for. The pool was perfect to cool off on a hot day! Would definitely stay here again!
