Service was awful. I booked my stay with breakfast included because I was looking to get that sorted as I was only staying for a night while waiting for my flight. Once I arrived to check in they told me my stay didn’t include breakfast. Not only that but to my surprise when I got to the room wifi signal was so bad I had to go to the main hall out of my room to be able to connect. Rooms are supposed to offer a coffee machine but the hotel will not give pods or coffee to actually make it. When calling front desk to request the pods that were supposed to come with the machine the mediocre answer I got was that the supplier hasn’t arrived with the product and not only that but that if I want coffee I should buy it from the cafeteria/restaurant. Are you guys serious? Why do you offer amenities that you will not be able to provide. This is a total SCAMM! Definitely not worth the price. Service is awful! No one is here to help or solve issues but make them bigger and offering no solutions. Please people don’t stay here!

The hotel is modern, comfortable, clean. It was perfect for a night before a flight. Unlike other reviews that mentioned that the taxi was as expensive as from the hotel area, this is no longer the case. The hotel offered us a taxi service to the airport for 550 MXN, which was very convenient. The hotel is very careful and strict with COVID preventive measures

The service at the restaurant was a bit slow.

El uso del centro de negocios, el mouse no funcionaba

La accesibilidad , la ubicación, las habitaciones. En mi caso fue junior suite con cuna.

El agua tibia , tienes que pedir agua caliente , la cuna muy mala , mejor en el sofá cama durmió mi bebé, 1 cápsula de café. Solo 2 toallas grandes. Podría mejorar.

Me gusto que el check in es rápido, la ubicación es fácil , frente a outlets y con espacios amplios.

La cuna no tiene colchón , son sábanas y colchas las que te dan en lugar de colchón pues no lo use porque se podía enredar mi bebé. La cuna está rota de un lado también. El agua sale tibia , tuve que pedir le pongan caliente pues no había tanto calor y no iba a bañar a mi bebé con agua tibia y luego sacarlo al aire acondicionado. El café solo te dan 1 cápsula de café .

Property was nice. Staff was bad.

They didn’t actually have the room we booked and basically had the worst customer service and restaurant service I’ve ever seen. It’s good for one night before flying out or after flying in but nothing more.

Location is convenient. The restaurant food is delicious

The staff wasn’t friendly. I had paid for an extra night purposely to check in early and they still gave me reprimanded me for checking in early! Meanwhile I was actually late for my check and paid and extra night to get access to my room before 3:00 pm. That was disappointing

Located very close to the airport and walking distance from a mall/outlet. Makes a comfortable location for a layover or night before/after a flight. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Loved the amenities! Breakfast was also great, a lot of variety.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. It is nicely designed and offers modern amenities. Free parking is available on site.

The breakfast area was very crowded and there was not enough staff to replace the items on the buffet. When we arrived and finally managed to get a table, there was almost no food left.

I didn’t like how after I booked my room on booking.com that I received an email saying that it wasn’t available. And then when I called the hotel and asked if I had a room and they said yes and then went over and didn’t have the room. That made me angry.

Habíamos elegido el hotel porque quedaba cerca del aeropuerto y tenía traslado gratis desde el aeropuerto al hotel. Intentamos contactarlos y nunca nos respondieron para coordinar el traslado, estando allá en el aeropuerto y los valores de traslado que cobraban los taxistas eran muy altos por lo que finalmente tuvimos que decidir cambiar el hotel e irnos a otro. A pesar de eso, nos cobraron igualmente la estadía en Avani

The hotel looks new. I booked a junior suite which is very nice and spacious. The location is pretty good for the airport. Room service food was not bad!

The score go very low for the check in which was very bad from the receptionist Jose. He give us the wrong room and didn’t give any information not even WiFi. No even apologize for the wrong room. He was more focus on his friend which was at the reception.

Location is a building site, bar facilities non existent

Fantastic location, right next to a large mall with food court - open until 9pm. Lovely swimming pool which is open late. Very clean, modern and comfortable hotel with all the necessary amenities. Hotel runs a shuttle to the airport which was very useful.

Only criticism of the room; it’s a little small but for the one night this is fine.

Close to the airport with a free airport shuttle so perfect for an overnight stay. Facilities were excellent, clean, quiet, good sized rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff were great, very helpful, warm and welcoming.
