i stayed in the room for one night it has very good location warm and comfy room with clean toilet and very nice owner who send me the details and the best way to get the flat i really appreciate that looking forward to stay again

Alaa the host is a kind and respectful person and a very good and caring friend.He made us feel like at home.the appartement is quiet with clean facilities and bed sheats.The beach is about 300 m away from the building with many markets and services in the area.

The room ventilation is not that good ,it has a small balcony with a narrow back street view(no sea view from the room as mentioned in the description).The room needs an air conditioner to overcome the high summer temperature and humidity .I suggest to mention clearly that some of the attached photos are from inside the neighborhood hilton hotel and has no relation with the appartement as i got confused seeing those photos

The locality is excellent. It's easy to get around and explore the rest of the city. The hospitality of Alaa and his family is superb. They are willing to help above and beyond.

I'm a clean freak, so I expected it to be more to my liking.

Alaa, the owner, is very helpful and friendly. Whole flat was very clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen has all tools you might need. Wifi connection is pretty reliable and available everywhere. Location is great and easy to find. All in all, felt like being home with a friend.

Fans , having better fans/AC will make things even better.

Alaa and Hent were great hosts. They really made me feel at home. Always ready to assist in whatever way.

The location is perfect for a stay in Alexandria !! Your in a high rise at the top with an amazing stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea and the famous corniche , what a convenient stunning location ! Few minutes to the beach

The host was very friendly and the place was clean. The location was pretty good. The place have some good vibes. You basically get what you pay for.

The pillow was very hard, it would be ok for back sleepers, but it is terrible for side sleepers. The ventilation in the room is not the best. In booking there was a mention about pool access and stuff, not sure why they were written there.

Alaa is a very good host trying the best for his guests. His sister is a master chef cooking egyptian food! At this place you get the real egyptian family experience and you get more of what you pay. Just 1 min walk away from sea!

With some little changes the place can definitely be a 10. (Like the shower need more water pressure)

Super host is understatement! Me as a foreigner got to spend few night with full Ramadan traditional food and knowledge all around it, which is priceless in my eyes! I was welcomed as a member of a family. Room was clean and it is easily shown the effort has been put on the comfort, design and happy vibes and the access to your own tiny balcony! Forever greatful for experience, i'll be back! :) ✌️

I really don't understand the rate in booking. It is really false. I have stayed 4 days here. After more than 4 months traveling all around Egypt, this is the worst place by far i have stayed. I got sick there. Many points: 1. The photos don't match with the reality and ask yourself why there are not photos of the beds and rooms properly. 2. It is really far away from downtown, 12 kms away, so be ready to use a lot of uber, taxis and spend time and energy and money in all this. The area looks more like a suburb than a fancy place to be, don't be wrong with the tricky idea that you are next to the sea and the hìlton hotel. Nothing at all. 3. The place is very dirty. The building, the street, the house itself, specially the kitchen and bathroom, the toilet was really disgusting. The bed linen has hairs( big and small) all around from previous guests, because in my 4 days there, 4 different persons stay in the next room and i never seen them changing the bed linen. 4. The house is very dark and humidity. There is not heater, not sun light, the smell of the darkness and humidity is everywhere in the house. 5.wifi only work in the living room where the owner stays all the day long with his own computers. Not signal in your room, forget about it. 6. The bed and pillow were old and hard as a stone and of course dirty. He provides you 1 very think super old and smelly blanket to cover yourself. So i slept with my clothes on all the nights. He provides me 1 extra blanket one day because it was freezing and next day, he took it from me for new guests. 7. He doesn't give a key for the main entrance of the door òr your bedroom, only for elevator and the building door, so you have to knock the door when you are back from the street and of course he needs to be awake to open you, which makes me stress and lack of freedom and privacy. 8.

Alaa is a really good person, always here to help you and give you many tips for visit the city the best way possible, really relaxing place. Best place to stay in Alexandria
