good location, living area clean /comfortable

Kitchen requires proper upkeep with pest control, many baby & adults (about 20 mm length) cockroach roaming around kitchen top / floor / sink as well as a couple seen in bedroom (needless to say we have to remove the cockroaches by ourselves), toilet door (internal) also looks worn with fungal stain at the bottom (properly due to frequent cumulation of water splashing) Provision for car parking space leaves much to be desire, we have 5 adults and comes in two cars but only one car is allow in the building, the other car has to be park off site under rain & shine with no security guarantee, other property nearby provide 2 parking space We were only given one access card to access the unit from the lobby, it restricted our access to elevator when we need to use the elevator, it is so inconvenient when out for meals and if the person holding the key not back on time, other property nearby provided extra key for access

1. Room, toilet and kitchen smelly 2. Got oil in the pan when we came to room. 3. WiFi not working. 4. Towel smelly. 5. Toilet very smelly.
