El entorno y la mala gente de manila q solo piensan en robar al turista y en sacarle el dinero...me llevo una mala sensación de manila...hasta me robó dinero la misma policía...si podéis no para en manila y seguir a otra isla es el mejor consejo...la misma policía me robó y la gente de la calle es muy desagradable con los turistas..eso sí las personas del hotel son encantadoras y muy atentas y serviciales tienen por mi parte un 10

The location is perfect and located near the highway. Easy access to jeepneys traversing the Kalayaan, Market Market, and C5 route. All the staff, including the security guard, were friendly and accommodating. The room was also neat and modest. I love how the room gives off a cozy and luxurious vibe. They also have a heater and cups to use. The shower had a hot and cold option.

Absence of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. It created a bit of an issue, especially when using the restroom. Without proper ventilation, the smell tends to linger outside the bathroom, impacting the overall room atmosphere. It would be great if the hotel could consider adding exhaust fans to enhance the privacy and comfort of guests during their stay.

Friendly staffs ,rates affordable, but unhappy with the blanket and pillows smell’s cigarettes and no space for parking the area is quite far from the shops …but I repeat reception lady is good for customer service and smiles makes client’s comeback !!!

The location was pretty good, the neighbourhood felt safe. The hotel is close to the center (via taxi). The breakfast is good as well.

There were a lot of uninvited inhabitants: bed bugs, cockroaches. The shower was leaking and the walls were moldy. The rooftop terrace closed at 9 pm and the water in the pool felt funky.
