Great house for a family vacation. Very nice, quiet, and clean. One bit of advice. Turn the fireplace pilot lights off in the summer. Surprising how much heat was generated for these pilot lights.

The house is in a great location, close to the casinos and beaches. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors were very friendly. it is very spacious and allowed room for our family of four. It was clean and the master matress was very comfortable. Our biggest issue was the internet, we stayed for 7 days/nights and EVERY day we had issues. Causing me to travel to the local starbucks to work. The connetin was non existent and to have to continuously having to unplug and reset became tedious. This led to the smart TV's pretty much unuseable as we could not get through one show without is going out and resetting. It would have been helpful to have beach items to use, beach chairs and beach towels/blankets would have been very nice. The day we arrived it was very warm in Tahoe i believe 84 degrees, was shocked to walk into the house with both the living room and master bedroom fire places on, the house was 87 degrees inside-not comfortable to walk in to and then have to unload/unpack in that heat.With all that being said, the house itself is a nice home but some attention to details would have been great

Our family vacationed with another family of four and had the most wonderful stay in South Lake Tahoe! The home was perfect for us - well stocked, roomy, comfortable, and close to a forested area where we were able to take advantage of the snow and go sledding. We really enjoyed our time and would love to return!

Home came stocked with all amenities and was clean on arrival. Spacious backyard for the kids to run around and a nice hot tub to relax in. Our family had a great time staying at this property.

A couple of things that might make it even nicer: better bed pillows, and another adult bike so that two could go for a ride together.

We loved our stay overall. The house was well appointed and plenty spacious for our group of 7. Having the hot tub was great for tired ski legs. The one downside was snow removal. It was done only once during our stay despite feet of snow falling. The driveway across the street was done at least 3 times (likely more) before ours was done once. This was a historic snow fall year and it was particularly heavy during our stay, but we did not expect to have to shovel the driveway daily based on what we saw in the description. It would have been helpful to even know that ahead of time!

We really enjoyed this rental property. It hosted our family of 7 very well. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. There is a gorgeous walking/biking trail at the end of minniconjou street. I highly recommend checking this out. The bikes were a nice surprise although a couple of them need repairs. We loved the deck with the BBQ and the downstairs hot tub. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot, slow cooker, blender, etc. The downstairs couch bed may be past its prime. I would not recommend counting on that as a bed. The only other thing I would change is to make the backyard more functional. Maybe some grass or something. The weeds made that area unusable. That was just one small downfall though. This is an amazing house and I highly recommend it!

My family and I had a very nice stay in this vacation home. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and location of the home. Plenty of space for the 8 of us as well. We had a very minor hiccup with the blender, but RNR was impressively responsive and delivered a new one. The only weird thing was access to the hot tub, but otherwise this vacation home met all of our expecations.

Rental process was a breeze. House is large, comfortable and well-appointed. Everything was clean, and exactly as described.It’s 10 mins from the California lodge at Heavenly Valley Ski Area. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was amazing. RnR had amazing customer service. The house was well equipped extremely clean and very comfortable. We would stay here again in a heart beat. We only had one small complaint. The downstairs bed in the room with the wooden furniture was slightly hard but other than that our stay was incredible.

Our trip to Tahoe and this beautiful house was exactly what we needed this year. The house had everything we needed for 2 families to stay during these unprecedented times. There was enough outdoor and indoor space for us all to feel comfortable. There was more than enough to do within the house to keep all of the kids happy, and it was close enough to shopping, bike-riding, and the south lake beaches. Would definitely rent this house again!
