Location of the condo is central to alot of restaurants, bars, a liquor store and attractions. only a short drive to groceries and any other goods or restaurants you may want/need. They do have bikini bobs on site, which has ice drinks and basic foods, hot dogs, hamburgers and fried food.

The room itself was no show stopper it was mediocre, outdated shower water damage holes on the walls covered with trinkets to hide the damage. For 6 person room they only gave us a handful of towels. No washer or dryer in room. The mattress in the bedroom and sleeper should've been replaced neither were comfortable to lay or sleep on. Couch had stains. Only half the appliances in the room worked. We kept both doors closed the entire trip and the mugginess never went away room needs a dehumidifier. Ice maker doesn't work. They gave you an ice tray (1) so they know it doesn't work they clearly just don't care. It's like it's a condo taken over by a slumlord fix the absolute least to Maxime profit and try to cover up the as much as they can without fixing it.

I liked that it was right on the beach, there was a large pool area, and food/the tiki bar were located on the property. The room was a good size and had a beautiful balcony with an ocean view. It was also conveniently located near lots of stores and restaurants without having too much traffic.

We had a lot of trouble getting into the room. The staff was not helpful and were actually rather rude. I was supposed to receive the door code the day of via email, but never did. Eventually I was able to get a hold of the property and get the code texted to me. The “fold out couch” was actually a very broken futon, and the dishes were not cleanly. We also were given 2 trash bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for the week. The property only allows 1 parking pass per room so we had to park the second car in a lot that was not close by where we had to pay for overnight parking and were expected to walk back in a sketchy area with few sidewalks.

I am not one to leave negative reviews. I can usually roll with the punches, but our experience this past week warrants a call out. House keeping left MUCH to be desired. Floors were so filthy they turned our feet and socks black. Cloth Shower curtain was dirty - not just stained, but dirty. Hair in tub and bathroom floor. Dirty hand prints on the doors. There was some unidentifiable disgusting “splatter” on the bed skirt. Living room light fixtures were caked in dust. Walls desperately need painting. Some of the furniture so was rickety that we couldn’t sit on it. They gave us ONE roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms, and when we asked on-site management for clean towels we were told we’d have to contact whoever we booked through. The Summit property over all was really run down. Pictures were terribly deceiving. There is no shuffle board court. The arcade change machine was broken and half the machines were out of order. Concrete around hot tubs was busting up and bench swings were broken. Old stained toilets, rotting wood. Elevators took forever, so we had to take the stairs all week which wouldn’t have been a big deal if the stairwells weren’t right next to the stinky trash chutes. The fire alarm was malfunctioning resulting in 4 evacuation orders. The first was late afternoon, but the second was at 1:00am, another 6:00 am the same morning, and another just after midnight on night 3. It was infuriating. I know that the condo owners can’t really control the type of people that stay there, but it was loud and people were drunk, making noise all through the night. The smell of Marijuana was a regular occurrence. We even had a couple of women stumble into our room in the middle of night one thinking it was theirs. I have no idea how the got in. Definitely NOT a good family atmosphere. If it hadn’t been the week of the fourth with VERY limited options, we would have found another place to stay and demanded a full refund.

The unit was just like the pictures. The decor was nice. The beach was practically in the "back yard". Like the fact that it had a kitchen and dishes. Did need oven mitts, but not a biggie compared to my actual disgust due to lack of disregard from management, but thats for a different comment

I have never been so DISREGARDED!!! The front desk was no help in regards to getting info for keys/door codes. All they could say is "they dont manage that unit", nor did they offer any info to find out who the correct person was to contact. I called the number on booking to get more info for the door code, etc & the property manager was unconcerned and very nonchalant. Not very helpful and vaguely rude. She told me the info should have been in my email. I kindly stated i never received it but was waiting for that info ever since the confirmation was received. She said the would send it again. Then low and behold, I received a completely new email with the door code(i.e., the one I never received) and a confirmation. I asked for directions to the elevator. Again she was short and very disregarding. Then on the second day, I called the number I called the previous day to ask for clean wash cloths & towels. The person that answered said that I had the wrong number, that not manage that unit (once again). REALLY!! I just spoke to you all yesterday. So i asked for the correct number. It was like pulling teeth to get information, i swear. I called that number & the one on the counter in case we need assistance at the property. No answer, left messages. Then finally after 3 hours i finally get the same lady I spoke with the day before. I asked for towels. She asked if there was not a washer & dryer in my unit. Of course I said NO. She said "I'll let someone in house keeping know and if youre not there, then we will leave them at the door". 2 more hours go by, still nothing. I sent a follow up text to the number & through booking. She responded in a vaguely rude text that "she said she would get someone to bring them, per our previous conversation". By then it was 2 or 3pm, &we wanted to get out & enjoy our trip and were tired of waiting so ended up using the ones from the day prior.
