Il Resort si affaccia sulla spiaggia più bella di Zanzibar e sul punto migliore da dove ammirare il tramonto (il nome del resort é azzeccato). Le camere arredate in stile locale sono spaziose e pulite. Il ristorante offre cibo di ottima qualità. Le attrezzature in spiaggia, con tanto di piscina e campo da beach volley fronte mare, sono davvero ottime. Le capanne e i lettini tra le palme rendono unica l'esperienza di relax.

I lettini e le capanne sulla spiaggia vengono occupati in base a chi arriva prima, appoggiandovi i teli mare offerti dal resort.

Situata nel miglior tratto della spiaggia di Jambiani. C’è stata assegnata una delle camere più belle, con vista mare. Cibo molto buono. Hanno organizzato, inoltre, una serata con buffet (fantastico) e show con artisti del luogo…un’esperienza molto bella

All’arrivo, in anticipo rispetto al check in previsto, abbiamo chiesto di poter fare colazione. Inizialmente ci è stato concesso senza supplemento poi, un altra persona dello staff, ha richiesto 20 USD. Non obiettiamo il costo, ma la poca chiarezza.

My room was located at the beach soo I had a good view. The food was amazing and affordable.

Ottima posizione nel punto più bello della spiaggia di Kendwa. La struttura con la piscina vicino alla spiaggia il ristorante con cibo ottimo, buonissima la colazione, la cena fronte mare. La spiaggia è comoda e gli sdrai ben distanziati. Insomma, tutto perfetto. Le camere sono spartane ma molto spaziose, letto comodo. Personale premuroso e gentile. Pulizia ovunque, in camera e negli spazi comuni

Прекрасное расположение, тихая широкая пляжная зона. Лежаки под большими навесами расположенными на значительном расстоянии друг от друга. Территория отеля зеленая. Номера с минималистиным интерьером, но со всем необходимым. Проблем с кондиционером, нагревателем для воды не было. WiFi слабоват, но ловит по всей территории. Завтраки одинаковые, но есть небольшой выбор. Голодными не останетесь: делают омлет, блины, сосиски, бобы, картошка, хлопья с молоком. Большой выбор булочек и кексов. Фрукты приносят каждому на стол.

Die Anlage war schön. Der Strand war toll.

Leider gab es am Strand viel zu wenig Liegen für die Hotelbesucher. Zudem waren die Liegen am Strand total unbequem. Am ersten Tag ging unsere Dusche nicht, weshalb wir die Rezeption kontaktiert haben. Hier wurde uns gesagt, dass es kein Zimmer Nr. 15 gäbe. Wir waren aber im Zimmer Nr. 15. Nach ca. 1,5 Stunden wurde ein Mitarbeiter geschickt, der die Dusche repariert hat. Am nächsten Tag fiel das Wasser in unserem Zimmer für ca. 30 Minuten aus und wir konnten nicht Duschen gehen. Als wir diesmal die Rezeption kontaktierten, hieß es, dass bereits jemand aus Zimmer Nr. 15 vorne an der Rezeption wäre. Mir wurde unterstellt, ich müsste mich bei der Zimmernummer irren. Dies war aber nicht der Fall. Ich und mein Partner waren beide auf dem Zimmer, es konnte also unmöglich jemand von Zimmer Nr. 15 an der Rezeption sein. Das Wasser kam dann, zum Glück, auch ohne Hilfe der Rezeption wieder. Nachdem das Wasser wieder ging, kamen dann doch noch zwei Mitarbeiter vorbei. Zudem war das Essen leider sehr schlecht. Sowohl mein Partner als auch ich hatten nach dem Essen Magen-Darm-Probleme. Dieses Problem hatten wir bisher in keinem Hotel auf Sansibar.

Schöne, grosszügige Hotelanlage mit Palmengarten

Unfreundliches und unaufmerksames Hotelpersonal, man fühlt sich eher abgefertigt als Willkommen.

We loved the whole experience. From the welcoming to the farewell everyone from the staff was so kind and friendly. The gave us 2 extra hour in our room after checkout. They made the room every day so clean. New towels and water every day. The view was beautiful there are a short walk to the beach (the resaurant as well) thru the small palm tree forest we absolutely loved it. The breakfast was great you can see the ocean and the palm trees while you having your breakfast and coffee. Grocery market just a few steps from the entrance. Many restaurants nearby. The hotel have a private beach and a pool (we didnt try but it was okay). You can chill on the beach nobody disturb you. They have a nice garden with a so calm atmosphere. Absolutely worth the money.

A great deal. Breakfast and dinner included- Good food. Lots of sun loungers available and on a great part of the beach. Our Room was lovely (we had a courtyard view and you could just about see the sea through the palms from our balcony). Nice beach bar with good selection of drinks and music playing in the background. Nice pool, not too big. Bathroom a bit dated, but clean (that’s pretty much the only fault I could find). Staff were friendly. Such a good price!!

The bathroom was dated and could do with a renovation. The shower was not great. Also, the sofa bed in the bedroom seems dated and could do with a new one. Other than that our room was beautiful.

The location is unbeatable, right at the beach. Facilities were convenient, particularly the restaurant and beach chairs. Staff always pleasant and helpful.

Room was dated, and in need of upgrading, specially the bathroom. No power sockets next to the bed.

Literally nothing

We were in our honeymoon got there around 5:30pm very tired after a long trip they welcome us at the front desk , asked for money for a "fee" then walked all the way to the rooms (they are many stairs ) down to the beach, open the door of our room and we see two single beds the room wasn't the want we booked so we said there is a mistake and they said we don't have you room available tonight but tomorrow or the next day we might . They didn't send an email or a call or even told us when we were check in they. Wait until we were on the room to let us know what we booked is not available. Very sad, sick and disappointment we call booking and they reached to with Rawan booking manager that is in Egypt e said they do have the room available so we went back to the front desk and said you manager booking said you do have the room, of course this guys didn't even know because he is on Egypt !! There wasn't any room available so we asked for refund and the next day we left. The people at the front desk said we will refund you give us an phone and email but after over a month we haven't received anything they don't wanna give us the money back. Also wasn't just the 2 single beds, wast our luxury room, the shower never worked they even woke us up at 11pm trying to get in the room to use our phone and we were ON BED !! AC didn't worked but we told them was ok that please at least the shower because we did have a long trip (26hours) First in the morning we left even before breakfast we talked to them again making sure the money will get refund and they said yes no problem. This place is a joke !!!

Do not buy half board or full board. You will get problems every lunch or dinner. If you dont pay they dont make same services like who pay bild. Expect for service manager lady!!! She was great. Who works there no smile :(

large ants and dead lizards in the room, staff barely spoke any english; no room cleaning; dirty pool; 1 towel per person; extremely bad and tiny shower; outdated bathroom; no wifi in rooms; unfriendly receptionist.

there’s a 4% fee to use your card but no one tells you that, no one explained the meal plan so i had no idea how dinner / half board worked. The water in the room smells awful, the WiFi only works at the restaurant and not in the hotel room, the AC barely works, my shower leaked so bad it would run into the room, the fridge didn’t get cold and just leaked water. The beds are uncomfortable and only come with a top sheet, no other linens. The beach chairs are awful, they put pads down at 9am and the chairs are all taken by 930. the hammocks are broken.

The location of the pool and the restaurant area next to the beach makes it very practical for parents and kids to enjoy the hotel. The beach is beautiful and not crowded.

Breakfast was great, the beach was amazing!! We loved Queen who took care of us at breakfast as well as on the beach bring us drinks and appetizers. She was awesome!!

Had some loose planks on the way to the pool/beach area, I almost broke a toe.... No one was interested in helping me or asking questions as I had to ask for ice 3/4 times. Very strange. I finally received ice form a server, he walked away asking no questions or offering any assistance. However, the next day they had a crew there fixing ALL the super old planks.
