the hotel room we stayed in got bed bugs.

convenient location, lots of good food around

kinda small. only one open window in the toilet, which means very very bad ventilation. narrow stairs, and we have to lug the luggage for a few floors. aircon leaked once, made friends with the resident lizard in the kitchen. staff were friendly but we waited over 30 mins for them to confirm checkout. and another 30 mins for them to return the deposit.

floor was dusty, sheets were old, noisy.

located in central place, have security system and lift for each floor.

Everything else. - the room is not clean, there is a nest of insects in the wall that kept coming out. We tried using insect repellent, but does not work. The staff do not even tried to help us change room even after we complained so many times - the room itself was so dusty when we came. We have to mop the floor ourselves (no cleaning equipment, so we have to call them to bring it over everything over 8 nights of stay) - the first time we discovered the insects, they were on the bed sheets, so we requested for a change of bedsheets. The staff that bring them over kept rolling his eyes when we requested for an additional bed sheet (there are two beds in the room but they only brought 1 bed sheet and blanket??). When we requested for mop and broom to clean the room (yes, there is no cleaning service, we did everything ourselves), he kept sighing and rolling his eyes right in front of me..

I booked Deluxe Studio but given me normal room was too dissatisfied and disappointed.. The charges was for Deluxe Studio

fast internet, good location, lift, double door fridge & freezer, large smart TV, dual washing machine/dryer. portable electric stove, balcony.

The room didn’t have dishwasher.

No carpark

Good facilities

Not convenient to cook

Drinking water dispenser.

Location. No bathroom mat.
