The guest house was so cozy and cute, we loved it. The location was perfect. Close to shopping,grocery store, restaurants and just 10mins away from red rock. We will be staying here again : )

The host was very responsive to any questions I had, and the binder full of things to do in the area had me constantly exploring and having a wonderful time. At the end of each day I knew I was returning to a clean, and cozy guest home that felt welcoming. This guest home will be the first place I check for vacancy each time I return to the area.

What a wonderful spot to spend our 3-week visit to Colorado! My husband and I wanted a small but functional, quiet home-base during our stay to visit friends and family all over the Denver metro area, and to ski. This guest house was perfect for our needs; it’s as close to skiing as one can get while still being in the Denver Metro Area, and we were quite happy that it was just a 5-minute drive to almost anything we needed including groceries, restaurants, gas stations, stores, a shopping mall, public transportation and local places to walk and hike. Sophia was a superior host! The attention to detail that makes for a comfortable and easy stay were all in place and that made it quite relaxing for us. It was incredibly clean, well-stocked, organized, and in a nice/quiet neighborhood. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests: including access to the laundry area, fresh towels and sheets, and cleaning supplies we could use during our stay. Some particularly nice touches included: a comfortable bed/pillows, overhead fans in living/bedroom, great lighting options throughout, comfortable barstools, an appointed parking space, a folder of local things to do/restaurants, hikes, etc., great TV/streaming system, reliable Wi-Fi, and great smelling hand soap! We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations are very nice, the beds (including the pull out) were very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and the kitchen was quaint and efficient. 10/10 would stay again!

Great location and neighborhood. Close to Red Rocks and Denver West shopping/restaurants. This space has been nicely created at the front of the home. There is a separate entrance close to your private off street parking. Easy to check in, well lit, clean, great kitchen even without a full size oven. (counter oven) Large bath and loads of storage in both bed and bathroom. Cozy living room and easy to access streaming or TV channels. My first night I had a humidifier going which happened to set off the fire alarm, yikes, and the hosts were very gracious but concerned! Wonderful place to stay.

Such a clean and quiet property! Was a 10 minute drive to Red Rocks and super easy to get to! Perfect for our stay in Denver. We took a day trip to Boulder which was about 45 minutes.

Communication was simple. Check in directions we easy and helpful, place was clean. Would recommend.

Quiet neighborhood, definitely not a party house. Enjoyed the peace! Home had everything you need. Even has stadium seats if you’re going to a concert.

Overall, we really loved our stay here. It was perfectly clean (and I’m picky about that), very quiet, and centrally located to all the things we were there to do - hiking, concert at Red Rocks, downtown Denver, Morrison, and Golden. The towels smelled amazing. My only critiques would be: 1) that it would be nice if the sheer shades in the kitchen were solid, 2) it needs a window covering on the front door, and 3) and the bed was also not the most comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, etc., communication and check in was a breeze. Overall, we would definitely book again. Thank you for a nice long weekend!

We came up for a night to attend a concert at Red Rocks. The location is perfect. The place is very comfortable and suited us well. Sophia is a great host and we would not hesitate to recommend this spot.

This was a great place to stay and was very clean and comfortable . There were very clear instructions on checking in and out and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again for sure!!

This property was as listed and was as good in person as it appears in photos. Clean , clean, clean, and so nice to have a kitchen to cook in and decent size bathroom. This is perfect for a couple or a couple and 2 small kids. Having access to washer and dryer was also so nice. All for about the same price as a motel room! This was a great value. Ed Gearen IV

Our first experience with VRBO. Clean, cute and well furnished property. Highly recommended this property if you need a place to stay and a show at the gorgeous Red Rocks. Checking is was not clear, nor smooth.

Great little place...very clean and nicely set up. Only advice...for the clumsy frequent nocturnal bathroom user like me...remember there is a step UP to the bathroom!

We were only there one night but have no complaints. Nice neighborhood and comfortable and clean place.

The place was immaculate! Had all the extras and then some. It was in a super location, really cute place with upgraded kitchen and bath. We loved that there were no stairs and the parking spot was so close to the front door. It made it easy to manage for my mom with mobility issues. It was 2 minutes away from Bono’s, an Italian restaurant we stumbled across that was amazing!! If I had to pick a negative, the only thing I wasn’t nuts about was having to take our shoes off or wear plastic booties. Not sure why since floors are all hard surface and easy to clean. This was extremely difficult for my mom but, their house, their rules😄
